By far the best hearing aids out there !! I loved my visits!

Taken into office timely, Barry spent a great deal of time testing my hearing (or lack there of), explaining my status, available options, insurance benefits, etc. Service was nothing less than excellent.

I thought my hearing, while not perfect, was ok. My wife disagreed. As a result I reluctantly went to Miracle Ear in Clifton Park. I expected to be told my hearing was bad and a need hearing aids and Miracle Ear has the best aids on the market. What I didn't expect was they would be correct. Kristen gave me a complete and detailed hearing test. She explained the results clearly and concisely in a manner I could understand and demonstrating with test hearing aides so I could hear the difference. The next step was for Kristen to explain the different devices available, the technical advantages of one over the other and the esthetics of each. Kristen did not push one over the other just factually stated the characteristics, advantage and limitations of each. I then went home with detailed information and discussed it with my wife. We made our choice I phoned it in and the following week got my aids. After a few follow-up visits my aids were zeroed in on my needs and worked perfect. Erin, Kristen and her boss are good people, stand behind their product are a pleasure to do business with. The aftercare is fantastic. You never feel you are on your own and know the product will work properly of they will fix it.

Michelle at the front desk is a great receptionist. She is very helpful and really knows how to make the first impression the best. The free evaluation with Melissa Hillock was very thorough. She was very personable and I enjoyed it. I also love how knowledgeable she was in telling me my results from the evaluation. I had called ahead of time since this is a hearing aid office I don't have hearing loss but wanted help find a product to help lower sounds to make them not as loud while allowing me to hear a conversation. Melissa reached out and figured the best way to give me a product that worked best for me. After she called and I agreed, just a few days ago I picked up my earbuds that were molded to my ears. Whether you have hearing loss or hypersensitive hearing this is the place to go! I highly recommend it!

Christina and staff have been top notch in my process for a hearing aid. They answer all my questions and are keeping me on schedule for hearing tests and my hearing aid cleanings. Where do I start? I went to Audiocare Hearing Services after finding out about them from my local church and I am so happy I went in and got tested. I have had my hearing aid for 6 years or so now and I am just so happy with them. Really recommend these guys.

I have been going to Dr. Boggia of the Center for Better Hearing for 16 years and wouldn't consider going elsewhere. She is knowledgeable and very personable.
