I am extremely grateful for Mandy's concern and willingness to take measures to put my hearing aids back to effective functioning. Wearing hearing aids has been a struggle for me. Even with routine wax clearing by a licensed physician's assistant, my ears accumulate wax quickly. This calls for frequent trips to a Miracle Ear office to also have the wax removed from the hearing aids. The Fort Mill location on Highway 160 is very close to my home. I am so pleased to learn of their office there and to be welcomed and my needs met. ( I purchased my hearing aids at another location.) Do not hesitate to stop in their office and meet with Mandy as she is very pleasant, knowledgable and helpful.

I had the most enjoyable experience working with Michael Sisskind at A;udibel Hearing Center. He is knowledgeable and informed. His gentle manner with discussions makes each visit easier for me to handle. He genuinely cares about his clients. He went beyond expectations of services rendered without hesitation and I found that to be enlightening and a plus. That in itself was a first for me since I have been going to ear specialist and/or Audiologist for the past 10 years. After his exam, he knew what wasn't working and what would work for me. His product was definitely liberating and a life changer. To me he is a "go to guy" and I have not hesitated recommending him to others.

I am the caregiver of an 85 year old who refused to wear much needed hearing aids. Sharon E. was fabulous with him! She patiently explained how these would help him, and showed him exactly how to care for them and put them in. I would highly recommend Sharon if you need or have a loved one who needs hearing aids.

I went to the Gastonia Center on Union Road for my Hearing Aids. the girls that work there{ Shelly & Tracy} are very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this Best Value Center to anyone that needs Hearing Aids.

The product is satisfactory but the service is less than professional. Walked in hopes of replacing the domes that had torn; two ladies seated in outer office waiting with a child; Ms. Major and Mr. Smyth talking casually to a lady who appeared to be leaving the office; did not acknowledge my arrival; sat and waited for a while; the discussion showed no sign of ending and I had to leave for another appointment.

I take my mother here for her hearing aides. The service is excellent & the staff are very kind and helpful. My mother is very pleased with the service they provide. I'd highly recommend it.

Mr. Sisskind has helped me with my hearing aids and always takes the time to clean them without charging me. I trust him to give me the best hearing aids for what I need and not try to sell me the most expensive ones. Won't go to anyone else.

I am very happy and grateful for the services I received when I bought my new hearing aids recently. I have been using hearing aids for more than 20 years. During these years I was able to get hearing aids that were available to me according to my needs and my budget. Every time it was a better hearing aid, but still I had a lot of issues trying to communicate with other people, and forget about the phone! After loosing 2 hearing aids in a time frame of 2-3 years, I was so upset and frustrated with myself, because I felt the quality of my life was so affected by my hearing loss. Recently I was able to buy the new bluetooth technology (Genius). I have to admit they are expensive. But in my case I was able to afford them through a special program of my NC Retirement pension. And, Oh my God, what a difference! First time I was able to hear through this new device my heart was pounding so hard. Huge difference!. I can hear so clearly with my new hearing aids. My husband had to learn to talk to me softer because I would be startle when he was talking to me on the normal tone he has been taking to me for years :). Currently I talk on the phone directly through the Genius devise without lifting the phone. I can also hear some of my special programs though my computer directly to my ears because they are connected through the bluetooth system. This is awesome! I highly recommend these new technology, you will love the difference. I want to thank Todd and Cristine for their service and patience with me. When I got there so frustrated with my situation they were really helpful and patient with me. Thank you so much and many blessings to you both.
