Debra Powell has retired and Chynna Frana is the new Doctor of Audiology. Chynna is very detailed and attentive to the patient. Helped tweak my hearing aids and made them work even better than before. Very pleased with the results.

In 2005, I lost more than 50% of my high frequency hearing due to a an episode of Autoimmune Inner Ear Disease. Steroid injections through my ear drums by my ENT doctor stopped further loss, but could not recover it. I got my first over-the-ear instruments in 2007 from Cook Hearing after realizing my speech interpretation was so bad that I was becoming socially isolated. I wore the original set for 5 years, but the wind noise prohibited full-time use. In 2013 I upgraded to new in-the-ear technology with custom molded instruments. The technological improvements were quickly realized with better noise cancellation and I was more comfortable wearing them because they were hidden from view. I wore these instruments for the next 5 years until I began to notice my speech was not optimal and my ear canals were more frequently irritated with them in. This year 2018, I made the decision to be retested with a consultation for the opportunity to upgrade again to latest technology. Dr. Sperino listened to my concerns and provided a through examination. With her considered recommendation I purchased, new Signia Silk Nx instruments. These are lighter, smaller and ready-to-wear. With a phone application I can change programs for different environments and always control the volume. With two office visits for adjustments, I can report that I have the best quality hearing life in the past 13 years! Today I can work in a noisy environment, socialize in any setting and understand conversation without feeling anxious. I have regained the desire to listen to music with lyrical comprehension. I am fearless to meet new people and challenge myself to speak in public. I hear and understand sounds today I have not been able to for the past decade. I have been seeing Brian Cooper’s office for about 7 years now, and I highly recommend Brian Cooper and Hear-Well! My praise for Brian is with regard to him as a specialist in his field and a great human being to know and deal with. I have benefited greatly from him in terms of my hearing, and certainly as that has directly influenced my vocation working for the public library. I originally acquired my hearing aids through Brian and at least twice a year I have gone in for checkups. It has been a very positive experience. Brian is thorough, he checks every aspect of the hearing aids, adjusting and replacing things when necessary. He checks my hearing and ears. He started me on a home maintenance regimen to preserve my hearing aids for the longest life. He reviews my records and thoroughly explains things to me. The essential supplies are affordable and fair (I’ve been around). I have had the same pair of hearing aids for over 7 years (impressive!) and they are working beautifully! That is thanks to Brian’s care. His fellow staff are delightful. The office is astute. I typically never take the time to write consumer reviews (especially wordy ones) and I’ve had some positive experiences in various kinds of businesses. But this is awesome. Very good service and friendly business

I having been seeing HRC for a number of years now. The service and detail of care I have received has been outstanding! Dr. Katie Williams is very warm, caring, and attentive to each need you may have. I have appreciated the regular reminders and feel treated like family every time I go to an appointment. HRC goes above and beyond for their patients and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing hearing care.

I visited Linda Kiser to diagnose and correct the problems with my hearing aids that has been impairing my communication skills for quite a while lowering the quality of life ( asking my family and others to speak more loudly, slowly and clearly ) . Linda carefully and patiently listened to me, analyzed my hearing issues through testing , adjustments and feed- back ( a very scientific approach that I am very used to). Over a period of 4 visits ( at 3 week intervals ) I am delighted that my hearing aid problems are resolved to my complete satisfaction . I find that Linda in addition to being a very knowledgeable and excellent audiologist to be very much a " people " - person - unique combination indeed . Heidi at the front disk is very courteous and accommodating to adjust visits to mutual convenience. My waiting periods were very short if at all . In fact my very first visit was a drop in. Fast, friendly service, and quality products!

I was referred to Gabe and his Otologix firm for a second opinion on hearing aids for my father. Gabe assessed my fathers hearing situation and gave him several options as far as hearing aids (new and refurbished). He layed out the options and gave his professional expertise as to what setups would work to fit my fathers situation the best. He allowed my father to pick the ones he would like without being pushy and without steering my father towards a setup he wasn't comfortable with. All in all my father picked the hearing aid setup my father liked and was comfortable with at a fraction of a cost that he was quoted from Gabe and Otologix competitors. The price was beyond fair the professionalism and expertise were beyond any of the other companies as the other companies just seemed to be out for profit rather than customer satisfaction. Long story short Otologix has a customer for life and is talked about in high regards as well as referred to anyone we know. Thank you for being an honest and reliable company as we all know are hard to find these days!

Dr. Cory is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Great to work with. His front office person is so friendly and kind!
