I had had a hearing aid for one and a half years that never provided the hearing that I wanted. I saw Ms Tarpley at the Hickory Miracle Ear office who did a thorough audiology exam on me and provided her recommendation for Miracle Ear hearing aids based on that exam and my desire for in the canal type of hearing aids. After using the Miracle Ear hearing aids I have been completely satisfied with their performance. They have surpassed my expectations, improved my quality of life, and given me the assurance that I will be able to continue to hear what is being spoken for the rest of my life. I am truly satisfied and amazed.

Got my 1st hearing aid there. A really top notch professional business. Just had them do a free cleaning. I wish I had gone there years ago!

I am so glad I went to Miracle-Ear in Morganton, NC. I have been with them for 6 years. When I walk in to Miracle-Ear, I always get a very friendly smile by Angela, the Patient Care Coordinator. Angela always makes you feel welcome. She is very knowledgeable with her job and helping Wendy, the Hearing Care Specialist. Wendy is very friendly and will meet you with a beautiful smile that makes you feel comfortable. She is very intelligent and professional. Wendy also makes you feel comfortable and relaxed by going over what she will be doing in helping you with your hearing. The test is free and painless. Everything is shown to you and explained in detail about the tests and hearing aids. She will always answer any question you have. They want their customers' satisfaction and their primary concern is to make you feel happy about hearing. They go above and beyond to help you to be able to hear better. I highly recommend Miracle-Ear, Wendy, and Angela in Morganton, NC. Give them a call! My husband, Sam, and son, Ben, did this year and they love how well they can hear. Great people

Took my mom in for hearing test. They said it would take 45 min. to an hour. We got there at 3:15 and she was walking out the door at 3:27. How do you do an exam in 12 minutes? Not satisfied with service at all.

Clell and the entire staff were kind and helpful throughout the entire process. They bent over backward to make sure my mother had the best hearing aids, that fit, were comfortable and that she understood them. And they were ready to exchange the 1st pair for a better fit, no questions asked.
