Can't say enough good things about the Miracle Ear staff at the north Austin location. Chris Campos the representative that helped us with our hearing selection devices is just outstanding. Chris was so professional and most knowledgeable and kind. He took all the time we needed to make sure all our questions were answered and made us feel so comfortable. Don't waste your time going anywhere else but Miracle Ear. They really know the business for quality hearing. I would recommend everyone to see Chris Campos before going anywhere else. He really knows his business. Thank you so much Chris for helping a 90 year old hear again. He is back to his old self and feeling very happy again.

Well, another stellar appointment today at Colorado Springs Ear Associates, with Dr. Joseph Hegarty. I feel privileged to have such a fine ear specialist in our town. I’m in my mid 60’s and have been going to ear specialists since I was in my 20’s due to an injury to my ear. Usually my appointments with other doctors were painful and dreaded....until Dr. Hegarty. Even if I moved out of state I think I would find an excuse to fly here when it was time for my ear appointment, that’s how highly I regard this doctor. Also, it’s rare these days to not just like the doctor, but his entire staff as well. Every single person he has hired is a people person, loves what they do (and it shows). Today I had time to chat with the front receptionist, Lauren. What a jewel! Dr. H and your staff...if you happen to read this in the future, thank you and God bless each of you for making such a positive impact on everyone that walks through your office door! Marsha Thorson

Two days ago we had our AC go out due to being of old age, this was in middle of June! I called around to find someone, anyone that would come and fix it, everyone was full or didn't answer. I got a hold of Ishtel HVAC and he said his schedule was packed, but he would come to look at as soon as possible. He came after his normal work day was over just to try and help me out. He stayed late and replaced my AC so the next day it wouldn't be 100 degrees in the office. I highly recommend Ishtel HVAC, they do good honest work.

Very nice visit. They did a very good interview before discussing or looking at any of the hearing aids to determine what might work best for me. No high pressure sales seemed genuinely concerned that they match me up the proper equipment. I would highly recommend.

April is amazing. She takes time to explain things and makes the patients feel very comfortable.
