I have found them to very professional and extremely helpful.. Whenever my husband has a problem they can always fix it.

I did not visit Miracle Ear. My husband has hearing aids from Miracle Ear so i wait in vehicle while he is there.

I recently saw John Ballance for a follow up visit. John is a very caring audiologist who is a good listener. In fact all the staff, from reception to audiologists, are courteous and conscientious.

Carol was kind, patient and knowledgeable. Very good experience and outcome.

I have nothing but excellent and positive things to say about my recent experience with the Miracle-Ear Hearing Center here in Reidsville. Jack (Hearing Specialist) and Christina (Receptionist/Secretary) were so kind and professional. They put you at ease the moment you walk in the door. You have nothing to lose by having your hearing checked and everything to gain. I could not be happier with my hearing now. I just wish I had gone sooner. I just kept putting it off. You cannot even see them in your ears plus they are very comfortable! Do yourself a favor and go check it out. It is costly, but our hearing is priceless!

EXCEPTIONAL service! We have been searching for a reliable and friendly hearing consultant after having a bad experience previously for my grandpa who has had trouble with his hearing for about 2 years now. Miracle Ear has been the one to make him most comfortable! He was feeling uneasy about having to get hearing aids but as soon as we walked in Shantya (I know I messed up her name spelling, I am so sorry) gave us a warming welcome and he lit up from there! We felt at home right away! The hearing consultant was the icing on the cake, she was so thorough and understanding! He loves you guys and so do I!! Thank you Miracle Ear for making him more accepting of his impairment ♥
