Audiologist was very kind and personable. Staff was also the same. Would recommend based on customer service alone. My dblockers I ordered are custom but will take over a month to come in. Would like if it was shorter wait times

If you have any kind of hearing issue, young or older, big budget or small, you need to do yourself a huge favour and call Trevor. He helped me significantly. He is a very kind soul, and is truly passionate about what he does. He is at the forefront of all the latest and greatest technology, but will also be honest with you about what you really need and what can really help you. He has a masterful knowledge of the anatomy and the mechanisms of hearing. He is also delightful to go and see - and will work overtime and do whatever is needed to get you hearing the best you possibly can. Even though I moved away a few years ago, I still discuss everything my new Hearing team tells me with him. I would never make any hearing related decisions or purchase new aids without getting his 2 cents. And of course, since he so dedicated, he actually called my new team when I moved to give them a detailed history. Who does that ?!? They were incredibly impressed with him too, but that’s Trevor. I know there’s a lot of stigma associated with hearing loss, and it’s not always easy to face and/or deal with. Trevor will help you and seeing him is always a pleasure, not a chore. There simply isn’t any other option that compares to this guy. Thank you Trevor. SK is exceedingly lucky to have you.
