Hearing Aid

I have bought two pair of hearing aids from Costco over the past five years and have enjoyed the best prices and service there than any other provider over the past 25 years.

Being very pessimistic about getting hearing aids, I finally consented to get an appointment with Cyndi, provided my wife get an appointment too. Cyndi did a great job programming the devices, fitting both of us with what we need. I operate a chain saw and go to hear my grandson's synphony, and can hear great! Thanks Cyndi.

Mother has done business with Salisbury Audiology for years. However, the last time she needed a hearing aid, we ordered it 5 weeks ago and have still not recieved it. We can get no straight answer as to when it will come or why the delay. The excuses have been the weather , holidays, office closed, etc. Meanwhile, her life quality is diminished and she misses so much due to hearing loss. Weather and holidays should have no bearing on getting the product. We have ordered and recieved many other products with no delay in the same time frsme. Why can't they provide the hearing aid in a timely manner? We will not be using this provider in the future and would not recommend them.

Genuine and extremely knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Both physicians great with children as well. I recommend anyone looking for specialist in ENT to check out Dr. Scaglione or Dr. D.
