Hearing Aid

Both of them are great and always extremely helpful!!! They make adjustments to my ear piece anytime I need and always with a smile. I love this place and will always be a costumer.

The staff here really cares about their patients and are willing to go the extra mile to explain every step of the hearing test and fitting process. I would recommend to anyone who needs hearing aids or has a family member that is in need.

It's amazing being able to hear. Tracy was very excellent at explaining the whole process of how to use the hearing aids and how to take care of them. Awesome experience. All the staff at Rehder were very polite and helpful.

I will never go back to this place. Do these people not realize that I do have a life outside of there. I feel like I was a east of my time Gavin to go there everyday. I can look for a job on my own without them. Especially when they call me an hour before closing when I'm not even home and expect me to rush up there and on top of it have an attitude with me. That's not very professional.

The dispenser has a lot of experience. They will do a demo for you if you need help.

This location is amazing! James is very knowledgeable, helpful person. He has gone above and beyond to make sure that my experience has been pleasant, and that I love my hearing aid. If you need hearing aids, I highly recommend working with James at this location!

Not great enough

The person that tested and tried to sell hearing aids to my dad was very pushy. Called him three times in the week after my dad said he wasn't to think about it more. Called again after my dad said No. My dad luckily talked to his physician about the experience and was shocked to find out that the person he saw at the Hearing Aid Institute didn't even go to school to do this. My dad repeatedly referred to him as "doctor" because he was wearing a white coat and my dad thought he was. He never once corrected my dad to tell him that he isn't a doctor. My dad's physician gave him a list of places with actual Doctors of Audiology who don't use high pressure sales tactics. Be careful who you trust caring for your family members and yourself. If they call my dad again, he said he'll be calling to lodge a complaint with Helena.
