Absolutely the best hearing services for a very reasonable price. Best part is the expert, friendly, and through service anytime I need it. My hearing aids sound as good or better that ones that I have wore at twice the price. Recommend for anyone who wants professional help with their hearing.

I have purchased hearing aid on two occasions and am happy with the testing, purchasing and after sale experience. Craig Smith and his assistant Laurie are the greatest.

If I could give this place no star I would. They cancelled an appt with no explanation. That was 2 weeks ago. Do not go to this office, the BV office or the Salida office. They will not return my phone call or email requests.

At my wife’s insistence I went to Sam’s Hearing Aid Center in San Angelo TX today for a FREE hearing test !! Rene Ramirez gave me the Best hearing test I have ever received and I have had several that were not nearly that good !! Rene was very professional but was very friendly and patient !! I didn’t feel rushed and wow I can hear and I haven’t been able to hear like that for years !! I know this is the first day but I can come back anytime I want to have them readjusted !! The price was about half as much as I paid for the last two sets of hearing aids that I could never hear with !! Thank you Sams Club I’m one Happy Customer I will certainly be recommending Sams hearing aids and Rene to all my Family and Friends

I've purchased the invisible hearing aids over a year ago at a different location and continuously was going back and forth and the hearing aids were also sent back to the company for adjustments several times but none of it has met my needs. I've decided to come to this location and met with DON, all my issues were resolved 100% to my needs and satisfaction at the 1st appointment,then I've surprisingly asked DON how did you adjust the fitment and sound within minutes? Then he told me a little about his previous and many years of experience working with a hearing aid company where he actually put pieces togeter and repaired hearing aids based on customers needs,and his knowledge and skills amazingly showed in my 1st apt. I can't thank him enough but I hope that this review reaches as many individuals in need because it is extremely important who take care of your hearing aids.. Best Regards.

Allison was extremely helpful assisting me with accessories for my Oticon hearing aids and explaining the STAP program. She went out of her way to make calls for me. I highly recommend this office for their professionalism and courteous service.

This must be some kind of Medicare fraud store. I get about one letter a week trying to give me a hearing test and Omaha steaks coupons. Today I got the same letter from the Judson rd location, Blanco rd & store in New Braunfels. Smells like a Medicare scam to me!
