Hearing Aid

I've been here a couple of times. They've really helped me get my "ears" fine-tuned for the various noisy situations I find myself in.

This is the best place in Cleveland to get a hearing aid. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and helpful to patients. They provide thorough exams, have the best state of the art devices, and they explain everything in detail to make it easy to adjust to new hearing aids. Everyone is very friendly and courteous as well.

My husband was able to get a timely appointment and felt that the hearing exam and the follow-up review were very thorough and complete. Dr. Kandare was also helpful in contacting our insurance company to confirm what benefits Matt would be eligible for under the new plan that went into effect just a few weeks ago. We ordered a pair of hearing aids that should arrive in the next few days. This is a very friendly and caring practice that made me feel immediately that we were in good hands.

I love the people, but not the product. I paid three thousand dollars for my hearing aids and there very undependable. The last two times I got appointments I had to Waite four days. I have gotten to depend on them, so you miss them when there not working. Just be careful.
