I called to cancel an appointment for my husband that was set up for him through the Veterans Administration. The receptionist was rude while explaining that I needed to call LHI, not their office. I requested the LHI number and was informed that she didn’t know it off the top of her head. She begrudgingly said that she could put me on hold and look for it. I certainly hope our veterans aren’t treated this disrespectfully everywhere when they seek medical attention.

Christina was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful in the services I received.

Excellent service

After spending almost 6 thousand on a pair of hearing aids Three years ago, my mother had trouble with them. We went to the office and were told we should leave them for repair. More than a week later we were told to come back . Not told they were unable to fix them, we found out they require 1,200 more to be fixed. Her exact words were "I am just trying to help you". Thanks but No Thanks!

Beltone is a very good place the gentleman that runs it is Joe that he does a very good job of hearing aids are really good and he'll fix you up to what your needs are

My sister-in-law just moved from California where she had purchased her hearing aids from Connect Hearing. We made an appointment at the Fairview Park office to get everything checked out today. We could not be more pleased with that appointment. I would strongly recommend them to anyone that needs hearing aids.
