They denied a 63 year old lady saying the hearing aid in her ear are not the ones she gave her. But yet she hasn't been to any other doctor, won't take her Medicaid but sure glad to charge her 100.00 for another one!! What a shame,to deny any help to her , now days it's all about the money and not the patient in all medical field.

Today I walked in to check my dad's hearing aids which he gets from the V.A. I am highly greatful for the service they provided to my 91 year old dad (WWII vet) They didn't even have to look at his ear pieces, but they did. They found the problem and fixed them immediately.
I will always remember their kindness, patience, gentleness and caring heart.
I wish my dad could have purchased them their at NewSound H.C. so that they could take care of dads hearing needs, but obviously, the V.A. supplied the hearing aids.

I can hear microwave beeping from across the house, can hear house phone ringing on first ring and very important to me was hearing my REAL grand daughters voices. Love my in-ear hearing aids! Very discreet and can barely feel that I have them on. Also love SERVICE after the SALE!! Thanks once again Ariel and Miracle Ear!
