Hearing Aid

Doesn't pick up phone, really doesn't help find a job

I purchased a set of Hearing Aids from this location on Alameda in Corpus Christi. The cost was over $5000 for both ears. I only wore them a few times. I got sick and did not work for awhile and could not afford the payments I paid $500 down then was to pay $300 per month. I only made a $100 monthly payment. Had them approx a month and a half. I took them back in perfect condition. I only wore them 2 times The owner/manager would only refund me 10% of what I had already paid. And told me he could not resale them due to they had been registered to me. When in fact the ones he sold me where not even in the packaging that belong to the hearing aids I had purchased. I paid a total of $600 and received a $80 refund. Pretty sad when they are going to turn around and resale them for $5000. Please be aware of the terms and make sure you can hear with them.

A couple of years ago we purchased hearing aids from Beltone in Weslaco for our daughter who has moderate to severe hearing loss on both ears. I have to say that these hearing aids are the best investment we could have done. We are very pleased not just with the hearing aids, but with the staff at Beltone as well. John, the audiologist/hearing aid specialist is very professional, very kind, and always ready to help if we should have any problems with hearing aids. Staff is very polite and helpful and always ready to assist with anything we might need. I highly recommend Beltone and staff.

So Thankful for The Mackie Clinic....... the staff is outstanding, they are friendly and caring. Dr. Mackie is the best Doctor ever. He is Professional, Personal and Caring all at the same time, not to mention he’s a genius. Kimberly, the PA and JP, the hearing aid specialist both know their stuff!! And they Sincerely Care about each of us. This medical group is Top Notch. I have referred them to others and will continue because this quality is hard to find. Thank you Dr. Mackie and Staff...... Through exam (I have an unusual situation and only needed one hearing device) Colleen spent a great deal of time with me, selecting a device, ordering the product needed and provided excellent instruction. Personable, professional and proficient.
