Very welcoming place. First experience with Echo was to repair hearing aids. Theresa helped me with issues over a relatively long period of time. Finally decided that new pair was needed and she guided me to some Starkeys that I have used for a couple of years with great success. I miss seeing Theresa, Kay and Nancy.
