I WISH I COULD GIVE YOU ZERO STARS!!!WORST PLACE EVER! STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND CARELESS! I WAS THERE WITH MY CHILD FOR 4 HRS AND WAS NOT SEEN BECAUSE ACCORDING TO THEM HE WASN'T ON THE LIST WHEN THEY HAD CONFIRMED HIS APPOINTMENT A FRIDAY BEFORE!

The technology is impressive. The people are even better. My mother is a resident at the Bear Lake Manor and has some Miracle Ear hearing aids. They have been great about going to the Manor and making sure her hearing aids are well maintained and functioning properly. They have also been able to do precise volume adjustments in critical tonal ranges to make sure she is able to understand voices and speech. This is much, much better than just turning up the volume on a hearing aid because then you increase the volume of background noises too. Wonderful people! I highly recommend the Miracle Ear store in Montpelier.

I am really impressed with my experience at Miracle Ear. I received a lesson about the anatomy of the ear, followed by a complete, thorough examination. The audiologist here, unlike other audiologists, let me know what words I could not understand. I am satisfied with the hearing aid, as well as the quality hearing aid kit.

One of the most attentive staffs I've heard of and experienced. Also, Dr. Moneypenny is just simply the best. Sweet, caring, kind, and super attentive and supportive! Great place to go if and or when you need them!
