They were very helpful going back in January 2017 got my hearing checked

I have been going to BC Hearing for close to 10 years now and have always had excellent experiences. Everyone there is so kind, patient and very helpful. Dr. Susan Kalarchik has been the best audiologist I've been to and I am so grateful with how she takes care of my hearing needs, especially with my stubborn view of my analog hearing aids. Both Dr. Kalarchik and Shannon the office manager have fixed my old analog hearing aid numerous times and always go the extra mile to make sure I can hear. I finally switched and have been rocking the digital style for awhile. When I had a problem with it the other day I walked in and Dr. Shawna Powers took my hearing aid, turned so I could read her lips, spoke up and enunciated so I could hear her. She said give me a few minutes as she walked to the back. Less than 2 minutes later she hands it back and it sounds perfect! To her it was no big thing, but to me it was everything!! Hearing loss can be isolating and frustrating, but with these 2 audiologists and their office manager better hearing is possible. And if they can't brighten your day with better hearing, they certainly will brighten it anyway with their smiles and cheerful attitudes!

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Kalarchik she understood just what my hearing issues were. SHE KNOWS HER STUFF!! BC hearing is a great place great staff.

I had a hearing test a few days before I went into the hearing connection center, they were telling me I had auditory hearing loss, the hearing connection center got a second evaluation, find out I have better hearing than most so I don't need hearing aids. Thank you for the second consultation, it was a free evaluation, and I'm not putting out $3,000 for nothing. I appreciate it.

VA sent me to Regional Hearing and Zack do a outstand job on my hearing test and re-setting my hearing aids. I have had hearing aids for 6 years and they have never worked so good. I am hearing things I have never heard before, and my wife likes his service too. She say's I can hear her now. Guess I can't use that excuse any more!

Beautiful, warm office and Lisa was very caring and straightforward. She was happy to answer any questions. Very short wait an appointment. Definitely recommended! Thank you!

All staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Thomas Copps was very knowledgeable and made everything very simple. I can not recommend this clinic enough!
