Hearing Aid

Lori is truly amazing...Her kindness caring was so greatly appreciated...After years of dealing with another audiologist mom can finally hear and feels very comfortable wearing her hearing aids....she has recommended Lori to many of her friends at her seniors residence.. strongly recommend you see Lori you won't be disappointed.

My experience with this location has to do with the way my 87 year old mother was treated. After losing a hearing aid last summer I took my mother in so she could get a replacement. She was talked into buying a set of hearing aids rather then just one, which was what she came in for & all she needed. This upsell was unnecessary & manipulative on the part of Sterling Hearing. My mother lives on limited funds & this transaction came at a great expense to her. An appointment was set up for her to pick up her hearing aids in 7 days. The next day my mother found the hearing aid she lost & called the center immediately to cancel her order as she no longer needed the replacement(s). Her credit card account was never credited & two months later, after going in & trying to resolve this issue, she was talked into, by staff, to taking home her new hearing aids. She now has two sets of hearing aids. This is clearly a case of an elderly woman being taken advantage of & talked into buying hearing aids she didn't need. All for a sale. This location gets no stars from me & I would not recommend Sterling Hearing to anyone. Taking advantage of an 87 year old woman who suffers from dementia as well as hearing loss for a sale is unacceptable & shows a lack of good business integrity & practice.

Clayton Fisher the audiologist from the Greenbank Clinic explained in details the pro and cons of various models. I got for the first time hearing aid and so far very satisfied with Oticon OPN 1 and the professional assistance provided by Clayton during the calibration and trial for the equipment. I will highly recommend Robillard Centres and particularly Clayton Fisher. Thanks

I've been seeing Dr. Laura for years. She took the time to explain all the sounds I was missing. Wow what a difference it's made! I've recently upgraded to new technology that connects to my cell phone. I can take phone calls right in to my hearing aids. Amazing sound quality. I cannot say enough good things about Pittsburgh audiology.

When I was helping my aunt find hearing aids for her chronic hearing fatigue, it was incredibly difficult finding the right doctor. I was so pleased to find Trinity center as they were easily the nicest and most helpful audiologists we talked to. She was paired up with a real high tech wireless hearing aid and has been greatly relieved since her visit. I will continue to point others to these wonderful doctors.

Fabulous! Dedicated, kind, understanding, always on time and really, really knowledgeable. A true discovery! Would recommend 100% of the time!

Re : Groupe Forget Groupe Forget a communiqué avec moi concernant les appareils auditifs de ma mère de 91 ans, m’informant qu’elle était due pour des nouveaux appareils. Je les ai informés que ma mère les avait perdus et qu’elle ne pouvait plus les gérer. Groupe Forget m’a ensuite informé d’un nouveau système… les appareils sont attachés à une corde qui est ensuite attachée au linge en arrière du cou et que ceci éviterait la perte des appareils. J’ai été sceptique mais ils m’ont assuré que le système fonctionnait très bien. Ma mère les ai portés pour moins d’une semaine, et naturellement, les deux appareils furent perdus ensemble – en même temps. J’ai demandé pour un remboursement mais on a refusé. Ils m’ont dit que si je retournait les appareils, qu’il me rembourserait… BEN LÀ!! Ce système ne fonctionne pas du tout… et je vous suggère fortement de ne pas l’acheter !!
