I originally went to a practice that had a lot of sites as I thought that would be more convenient. Everything was OK except that the staff always seemed in a hurry. I had a problem with the hearing aid shortly after the end of the warranty. I was told I needed a new hearing aid. As it was only several years old and cost a lot of money, I decided to try another firm. Ms. Payne looked at the aid and had it working again within 10 minutes. Since then, I have had nothing but good experiences with her. She is patient, willing to spend as much time as I need, and has a pleasant personality.

I am very pleased with Erin from Echo Hearing Aids. She has worked for quite a while, making sure that I was (more than) satisfied with the aids. I had tried one kind and they didn't work out and she switched me to another kind and they are working wonderfully well. Erin is very professional but is also so pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend Echo and particularly Erin.

My experience with the Miracle Ear hearing aids and the service I receive from Genna Englert has been excellent. Genna is very knowledgeable and does a 1st rate job. In the past with other hearing aids I was consistently feeling I wished they worked better, because I knew I was not hearing as well as I could. When I would go for a check up sometimes it seemed like they guessed at how to make adjustments to improve my hearing. Even though I miss a word once in a while now, the clarity is much better. Genna is confident and makes the appropriate adjustments and she does it quickly. I am a very satisfied customer, Thank you Genna! Wendy Englert

Dr. Comte is excellent in her expertise and ability to share it in an informative and easily understood manner. We have always been met with calm efficiency and felt that we had her complete attention and no time pressures . Solutions have been suggested , explained and implemented . There is nothing about the service or personal interaction that I would alter including her high level of patience and empathy which we much appreciate.

Excellent treatment of Senior Citizens including my own mother!

Staff was awesome and very knowledgeable. Explained things I never knew about hearing loss. Highly recommend them to anyone.
