Hearing Aid

I rated Pure Hearing a 5 for one simple reason - - they are EXCELLENT! Before going to Pure Hearing I tried other hearing aid businesses- never really satisfied with the examination, encouragement, assistance, compassion, proficiency or prices. From the very first visit at Pure Hearing I finally felt someone cares about me, a person who needs help with my hearing loss - not just another client. They are very knowledgeable, accommodating, trustworthy, compassionate and benevolent. I honestly believe they have the best prices in the state. Don’t take my word for it, give Jordan and Jane at Pure Hearing a try and I trust you will agree.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Up front about costs and benefits of their services and products. Low pressure sales. Even though I decided to go elsewhere due to the distance from my home to their location, they were pleasant, understanding, and great to work with. If I lived closer to the location, I would have used them for my hearing aid. A+++ service.

My experience at the Layton My Hearing Center had been great. The staff is wonderful to work with and very helpful. My insurance company referred me to this location since it was the closest to my home. My hearing equipment purchased from them has worked well and when I lost my ConnectClip they were very prompt in ordering and replacing it.

Nate Hendrickson is amazing. He was very patient and thorough with my kids. He stayed almost 2 hours after the clinic closed to get my daughter's ears cleaned out from the hard, painful wax that had built up. He was great at answering all our questions. He's an exceptional professional that obviously cares very much about his patients and goes above and beyond. The receptionist was also great and very helpful when I got there. I wish we could come back here again.... but we're moving. Wish I'd known about them for my other daughter.

Nate Hendricksen is kind and efficient. He explained my hearing test well. I was in and out of his beautiful office quickly. Great place!

House of Hearing has been a great place to work! The offices are comfortable and attractive. All of the employees genuinely try to take good care of patients. Everyone does their best to ensure that patients are satisfied with the services we provide.

Jared is a man to be trusted! I still use H.A’s that he sold me 8 years ago before he moved his practice to Springville. I am now ready to go the extra miles from Orem and entrust myself to him for new ones.

Being a music composer with a hearing loss is very frustrating. But Dr. Bergen is a terrific and insightful doctor willing to explore and investigate options. I highly recommend him to anyone with any kind of hearing loss.

Dr. Bird is very knowledgeable and great to work with. He has greatly improved my ability to hear again. He has a great personality and LeeAnn is really fun.
