I recently made my third visit to this facility in the last year. I received my complimentary annual hearing test. C.J. (Cliff) and his secretary have been nothing but excellent. On my first visit a year ago I had a hearing test and update on hearing aids that I had purchased elsewhere as well as free supplies throughout the year all at no charge. I had a broken wire a few months ago and C.J. repaired it promptly with a smile-no charge. On my most recent visit C.J. let me try some new technology with no pressure or obligation to buy. They were significantly better and I bought them at half the price I had paid for my previous ones. At the time I ask C.J. if he would mind evaluating my 81 year old father in law's hearing aids as he was not hearing well with them. He gave a free hearing test and upgraded his aids at no charge. The Hearing Aid Center at Sam’s Club is an outstanding opportunity to have your hearing checked and if needed, to purchase hearing aids the same day. The associate at the Lawton Hearing Aid Center, Alexis is extremely knowledgeable in programing and fitting the hearing aids. It has been nearly one year since I was fitted with my hearing aids and I wear them every day. If I have a question or problem about my aids I just go to Sam’s and talk to Alexis and she assists me with expertise and professionalism better than some of the others who sell hearing aids. The hearing aids are so comfortable that I sometimes forget I’m wearing them. My ability to hear conversation has improved one hundred percent. While wearing the hearing aids they are almost invisible and nearly everyone I come in contact with have no idea I’m wearing them. In closing, the Lawton, OK Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center, and Alexis get a five star rating and I know if I have an issue with them all I have to do is contact Alexis and she will fix me up the same day. I’m so glad I am using them because it is hassle free for any assistance I might need. Thanks Alexis for setting me up so I can hear again. Steve Knight

It took forever to convince my mother to come here for hearing aids. Once she did she was so happy she changed. Heather and Meg were very professional and friendly unlike the previous place.

My experience with American Hearing Aids has been fantastic! I went to five different hearing aid clinics and American was the only one with a doctor. I never felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman like a couple of places. They use Real Ear Measurement during the fitting to fine tune the aids to your ears. Tamara was always helpful with scheduling around my crazy job. She found that I did have some insurance coverage when I assumed I didn’t, so that helped too. I couldn’t be happier with the service or the hearing aids.

This is a very nice place to get your hearing tested with state of art technology. The Audiologist's name is Pam Matthews. Her staff is very helpful. They have everything you need for hearing aids. Your hearing is precious. Don't lose it make an appointment to see Pam today.

I just left HG in Moore Oklahoma few minutes ago and I am so happy that I went there to see if they could help me with my hearing problems....and to my amazement they did a wonderful job. They explained everything to me and told me what they thought was best for my lifestyle and comfort . The customer service here was outstanding. Kayla did a complete test on us and was very patient when explaining the results to us.
