Dr. Rebecca Powell is the most knowledgeable, helpful, and personable audiologist that I have met. In my first appointment, at the Coit Road--Plano office, she efficiently evaluated my hearing difficulty and directly fitted me with a trial set of hearing aids, which are the best that I have experienced. Her office Patient Care Coordinator, Ms. Liz Biesemeier, is also most helpful and efficient. I am very pleased with the knowledge and service provided, and I highly recommend Dr. Powell and her staff.

I called to see if this place did ear cleanings. The lady I spoke with said to give her my information and she'd transfer me to the desk where my questions would be answered. So I did. When she transferred me, I was immediately told they don't do ear cleanings. So that was the first waste of time. About 30 minutes later, I started getting a slew of telemarketer calls to my phone. The next day, Hearing Life called me back to say that the lady in their telemarketing center was mistaken and they did do ear cleanings. Why does a hearing clinic have a telemarketing center? I'd advise not using this place unless you like getting telemarketer calls every 30 minutes. Selling your information while offering no service in return is a hell of a way to do business.

Not very busy and lots of options for products. The tire service center is very easy and a good value.

Best customer service. I called Mr Gilbert and he always answers the phone personally. I was in town only on New Years day, and was having problems with my Step Mothers hearing aid units. Don agreed to meet at his office on New Years day!!! he fixed all that was needed and we were back in action the best customer service

My wife and I were very impressed with the thoroughness of the examination, the patience shown in answering questions, and - for me - the quality of the hearing aids. I've had them for almost two weeks. They are easy to use and so far are working great.

Great place, great service, very experienced. Family owned handed down from generation to generation. Don't go to hearing aid "supermarket" go to someone who will give you quality individual attention. Highly recommend Shohn, he's the owner!

Surgeon ENT and excellent treatment

I had a painless hearing test given by Mark. Shelly the receptionist was courteous and efficent. My appointment was on November 6th. I choose the Red Lobster gift certificate as my gift card for taking the free hearing test and demonstration. I was assured the card would arrive in the mail in ten days. Today is December 9th and I still have not received the gift card. I stopped by Miracle Ear to inquire about the gift card last week and I was told it should be arriving soon.

Very courteous. Cleaned my hearing aides. Put in new wax guards. Apologized for a misunderstanding about what was to be done. We scheduled my next appointment and established what would be done then.

I recently purchased two new hearing aids from Better Sound-Miracle-Ear located in Jenks, OK. I am exceptionally pleased with the product and am very impressed with Chris Terry's knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone in the market for hearing aids.
