Ron's knowledge and professionalism was evidenced when I was referred to him for my "Severe Hyperacusis" (a rare and debilitating condition where sounds are amplified, and in my case - painful.) Prior to my appointment, Ron ensured Marcia at Reception was aware of this condition. Marcia was supportive, caring, and accommodating by ensuring my comfort in a quiet room prior to my Audiogram. Dr Scarff kindly did a presentation for the Calgary Association of Lifelong Learners who have a monthly Health and Wellness speaker series. I have had excellent service with Connect Hearing both in Summerside, PEI and Calgary.

Prompt and professional. My test was free due to promotion. My husband got his hearing aids at the same place. They do great follow-up after the sale. They adjusted his hearing aids and provide free cleaning. They explain everything in layman's terms so it is easy to understand.

I have been wearing hearing aids since I was 6 years old, I was born moderately deaf. Since they first discovered my hearing loss I have had a significant increase in my loss and now am closer to sever loss but it has stabilized in the last few years. Before Apex I was treated ok but never informed as I am here. I know hat my hearing aids can do and I know what types of aids will help in what ways. They suggested Oticon and I have never looked back! The service is excellent, the warranty is good and I will never see another place as long as I live in Calgary, I recommend them to everyone I know who might need or is getting hearing aids. Nancy is kind and patient and doesn't treat me like I am stupid, in fact she gives me confidence by explaining things to me and informing me of my choices before expressing what she feels would be best. The office staff Dorothy especially are always kind always friendly and I will be loyal to this company as long as I live in Calgary. If you want friendly, professional and first class quality then this place is exactly what you are looking for! Thank you Apex for our hard work your dedication to quality and your kindess to someone who was lost in her own mind. I truly feel "less" deaf than I have ever felt in my whole life, because I feel as if Apex has finally given me ears :) and not aids :)

I don't have a problem with the quality but the GREED is where I draw the line. Before my wife passed away, she was given a pair of loaners and during the final days of her life between two hospitals emergency rooms ambulances, and Doctors, she lost one of the loaners. The complete set was returned and credited to my account. However she was charged full retail for ONE loaner. Three and thousand four hundred and ninety five dollars.($3495) That is NEARLY 2,000 MORE THEN THE PERMANENT ONE. If they had any compassion, they could have reduced the cost. On another note do you realize that one can't complete a review without selecting at least one star. OH THE CORPORATE WORLD. As a post script on this review I can now report that after considerable haggling with three different Miracle ear offices, I finally received another payment representing about half of the original $3495. The rest will be written off as a very painful experience. I can only be thankful that my deceased wife didn't have to experience this ugly example of health professionals.

I wish I could say I had a better experience but I did not. I found he was more interested in getting me on this health care plan that would supposedly pay for my hearing aids than he was in the hearing aids themselves. The ones he recommended were rather old technology and he didn't follow up with me at all. When I finally called him he said he had been trying to get a hold of me but I had no messages or calls from him. When I said I would not be purchasing the aids he quite surprisingly became agitated and actually insulted me. I suppose he could have been having a real bad day and this was an unusual situation but nonetheless it occurred.

I can't say enough about the level of service my mother received at Harp Hearing Care in Kingsland. I came to her appointments and received her calls as she could not hear well until she received her hearing aids. The audiologist, Katherine, is the type of person who makes you feel comfortable, answers all of your questions, and is extremely patient. The care doesn't end once you've received your haring aid, they have excellent follow up service as well. I feel that they truly care about their clients at this clinic, and cannot recommend it more.
