Awesome staff very helpful

I cannot say enough good things about this place! They honestly care about their clients and it shows every time we visit. They are of course professional and skilled at what they do, but even more so, they CARE about you and your needs. My Mom & I both have our hearing aids from here, and while I am a simple in and out visit, but my Mom suffers from dementia. Her visits usually take a little more time than most, but both Val & Cathy and just so wonderful with her. Val at the front is one of the sweetest ladies, and Cathy has the patience of a saint. :). To say they go "above and beyond" standard customer service is an understatement. They love their jobs, they love their clients, and it shows.

True professionals, friendly, non intimidating atmosphere. I have been coming back for 5 years after the initial purchase of my hearing aids, it has been a trouble free experience. The service is excellent.

It's terrible to realize you're losing your hearing, but the professionals at the Calgary Audiology will give you your diagnosis without mincing words. I cannot express how grateful I was to recieve a hearing aid from Calgary Audiology Clinic, it was like being given back something I didn't know I had lost. Highly recommended.

I was quite apprehensive for my first appointment at Soundwave. However, DEANNE was amazing !! She was so patient and understanding and I very quickly felt at ease . I never felt rushed at any time and she explained everything so clearly and I felt very confident that I was in good hands. I have since returned to the office several times and have always been treated so well . I would definitely recommend this Soundwave clinic to anyone who is thinking about seeking treatment for any degree of hearing loss.

I've seen 4 different audiologists in the past 10 years . Celine is the best .

Well, where to start..... I’ve been into The Hearing Loss Clinic on multiple occasions, I’ve never had a bad experience at this place of business. The staff is always friendly, helpful and professional, the office is very neat and and tidy with actual amenities! Candy, coffee, tea AND EVEN....... water. Love water. The two lovely ladies who greet you at the front counter are simply the best. Always friendly/cheery, very helpful and very prompt. If your appointment is at 2:32 PM, your in at 2:32 PM. Angie, Brianna.... here’s to you two for running a very tight ship over there at my favourite hearing clinic in the city.
