Amazing service! So friendly and knowledgeable!

I just went in for a hearing test but I had a really awesome experience. The staff were very friendly and nice, I had a great time talking to them. The doctor took the time to address all the concerns that I had. He explained everything that he did to make sure that I fully understood what he was doing.

Costco has the best service ever. Cyndie at the Northeast store's hearing centre is the best. I would not think to go anywhere else. I've tried a few others and most outlets I've been to, seem to care more about their bottom line than your hearing. Thankfully, there are options out there, like at Costco.

I can hear 90% (I thought) but my great grand kids were lost in the 10% I was missing. Now I can hear them thanks to Dr Cook and Utah Ear Institute. He was very responsive to my needs and helped me restore hearing that I did not even know I was missing. I would have gone in sooner if I had known how much difference someone trained in audiology would make over the salesman I had dealt with who sold me the wrong type and offered nothing for my deaf left ear. What a difference complete service makes.

Having had my hearing tested before at other clinics, I was very pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and charming personal touch that I experienced at Westside Audiology. I definitely recommend this clinic to all who appreciate good hearing healthcare provided with empathy.

I am from New Jersey, I've went to audiologists from New Jersey to California and stopping in Utah a family member recommended Justin Littledike at Oquirrh Mountain Hearing. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of hearing and technology to improve it. He did more tests than the other place I've been to and my hearing has been the best in 5 years thanks to him. I would definitely recommend Justin to everyone with hearing problems. I purchased a pair of signia hearing aids and I am more than pleased with how much better my hearing is. I would also like to point out Justin is a family man and a great guy who has kept in contact with me just to see how I'm doing and if there's anything he can do for me. Being out of state I send my hearing aid to Utah if anything goes wrong (such as my dog eating my hearing aid) and I have absolutely no problem with this. Thank you very much for everything Justin, I appreciate you and everything you've done for me.

Was hesitant to go through this process, but at my daughter's bidding, I went to see about it. I knew I could not afford to do this, but after trying the hearing aids out, and with the help of the Agent, I was able to find a way, to go through with this. Roshael (sp) was extremely warm and kind, and explained things in a knowledgeable and clear way, and took patience and care in answering my questions. She made the experience extremely enjoyable, and her sense of humor, was an added bonus! The hearing aids opened up a whole new world to me, allowing me to hear sounds I never knew existed. I am still dealing with hearing conversations, and understanding certain words, but that will come in time.....

This place is great. Called a half hour before they closed in a pinch needing a hearing test done for work asap. The lady stayed open and waiting and stayed even later to do the testing. Prices are great, way cheaper than bigger centers. Defenitly recommend.

Honest and great service

I used to work here several years ago. Carl treats people very fairly and shows lots of individual care. He is trustworthy and caring. He has tons of experience and knows his stuff! I would trust him with my own family.

Staff seem to not really know what is planned etc. Underwhelming.
