Dr Gomer is friendly, kind and very knowledgeable . She is extremely interested in helping a person get the best hearing experience that is possible, and she will work persistently to achieve it. She has done wonders for me and I'm very grateful. An added bonus is that she is so close to Murphy and the surrounding area.

Dr. Gold is extremely knowledgeable and I learn something new from him whenever I see him. I have had excellent care and will continue to recommend him!

Erik Houillion-Hearing Specialist in Livingston office in Richardson, TX is very professional and knowledgeable regarding his job, yet very personable at the same time. He makes us feel more like family than patients or customers; we feel comfortable in conversations regarding our family and his. He is not "pushy" in trying to get you to purchase hearing aids, but makes you feel comfortable in your decisions. He listens to what the patient has to say & doesn't try to be a "know it all." His Assistant is also very pleasant & cheerful; and the office is always clean & inviting. Erik in no way encouraged me to fill out this review, in fact, I asked for it in hopes that I could let his Management realize how valuable an employee he is to Livingston!

I love Angela John, Au.D, F-AAA at Total Hearing Care! I have worn hearing aids for over 20 years and have gone through several pairs of hearing aids and audiologists in my quest to pursue music with a severe hearing loss. As a professional and a musician, I definitely require more than merely an elevated volume from my hearing aids, but have never been able to get a level of care that supported my ability to play music...until I met Dr. John. Her level of attention and care are stellar, as is her compassion for her patients. She is attentive, dedicated and resourceful. She is up to speed on current hearing aid technology and has set me up in a way that no audiologist has ever done before. I am now able to hear well though my hearing aids, and teach and play music! Thank you, Dr. John!

I visited this place recently with my father, and overall it was a good experience. Dr. Paula Land was very nice and informative, and Rick (office manager) was very friendly. Although you more than likely won't receive a cure for tinnitus here (or anywhere else for that matter), it doesn't hurt to check this place out. My insurance covered my screening/exam, and my father's exam was only $160 without insurance - not too bad.
