Very pleasant staff and good specialists

My mom is 82 and her ears were extremely plugged with ear wax. Due to health issues it was not possible to get her in to see her doctor to have them flushed out. Stopped in at Burntwood Hearing in the old Cranbrook Mall and asked if the owner would come to my mom's house instead. The answer was YES=). Mom was a bit nervous until she met him. His quiet easy manner put her at ease and he cleaned out both ears. She is very happy with the experience! We will definitely have him back again if her ear(s) get plugged again. Nice to see a professional who is able to help out someone who is house bound.

With each and every visit I take to the hearing loss clinic in Cranbrook I see more evidence of the dedication to excellence towards their patients. Through friendly staff and expert service I feel confident referring all of my hearing impaired family members.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. It was my first visit and didn't know what to expect. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me prior to each test in a way that made sense. At the end of my appointment, the Doctor shared with me the results of the exam and would also be sending the results to my primary physician.

This business is one of the most unprofessional scammers I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. A real money machine how can they offer "Total Body Health" when they sell overpriced hearing aids. Avoid this business Wal-Mart should be ashamed to rent space to these crooks

The employees make the department, and you couldn't ask for a better bunch of folks who know their stuff. Thank You for the best hearing aids for my Husband it's nice to watch tv now where I don't need to wear ear plugs because it's so loud :-)
