I see a couple of good reviews here, but it's hard for me to believe them. The first time Mary worked on my hearing aids, I was told I needed new circuits. I had to call back to find out they were in. I made an appointment and had them replaced. Nothing was said at that time about any other issues. She replaced the circuits (wires that connect the ear piece to the behind the ear unit) and I was on my way. When I realized that the left ear circuit was too short and pulling the ear piece out as I moved, I called and made another appointment. She then told me the hearing aid was broken inside. Considering I had no accidents with them, I have to assume she broke it. She said she was ordering new circuits for me, but I never heard back, even after calling to find out again about when they would be in. They always reply "we'll call you", but never do. I was a client of another Beltone where I used to live for over a decade and never had this kind of trouble.

I am extremely happy with my hearing aids. It is wonderful to be part of conversations. I will be recommending miracle ear to other people who have hearing problems. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Thanks Miracle ear.

This place was very friendly and fast. I like the fact that they are there every day for you in case you have a problem, question or need adjustments and repairs. They also tell you the pros and cons of different style hearing aides.

They are very bad with servicing the hearing aids after they sell them to you. They give you one day between a couple hours that at thier convenience are there. If you work that day and can't come in they just ignore you. Like Oh Well! The hearing aides are always breaking and need little inserts periodically. It is super inconvenient to keep getting them. I spent $6,000.00 on a pair and supposedly upgraded for $3,000.00 and they were no better than the first pair. Now I cannot wear them because I can't get off work on a Tuesday at thier convenience. What a waste of hard earned money.

Met on time. Inquired as to my concerns, problems or changes I might feel we're needed. Did an annual review of my hearing status, checked my inner ear for any problems and answered my questions in regard to proper care if hearing aids and my questions about newer models, if I should decide to upgrade. Escorted me to the door, thanked me for coming and made sure I knew how to contact them if I have questions or concerns. What a pleasure to be treated as a valued customer in a timely, efficient manner.

I've always felt that Dr. Maxwell listened to all of my concerns and I'm very pleased with the services I've received at Advanced Hearing and Balance. I highly recommend them!!!

Dr Burrows changed my life! I started losing my hearing when I was a child, after 40 years I am now almost completely deaf. I have seen three different Dr in the past 12 years. I recently decided to see Dr. Burrows. He noticed I have a condition called otosclerosis. I just had my first surgery to repair my hearing! 97% chance I will not need hearing aids!! I will be Forever grateful to him and his staff who have been nothing but friendly, kind, and caring. Thank you Dr Burrows & Staff

I brought my 2 1/2 year old in for a hearing evaluation earlier this week. He's pretty afraid of doctors offices so we were both pretty nervous going into the appointment. The waiting area is pretty small and there's not a lot of things to keep my little guy occupied so I was doing my best to keep my little guy quiet while filling out paperwork. The nurse was nice enough. The receptionist, however, made me feel really unwelcome. She never smiled, didn't even respond (other than an eyeroll and a nod)to me when I asked if I could leave my paperwork on the counter with her after seeing that she wasn't going to take it. Lil man was playing with the door handle afterwards and she barked from behind the desk at him to not slam the door. Maybe she just Doctor Munfords' receptionist And didn't want to deal with patients that weren't his, but her body language and lack of friendliness really made me feel like my child and I were unwelcome in the office regardless. The saving grace for that appointment, though, was our visit with Dr Whitaker. He was so fantastic with my son. My sons ears are really sensitive and he doesn't like anything touching them or in them. He's had four different doctors/nurses try to look in his ears or test them and he's always been super freaked out by it. While the first few tries were pretty rough on him, by the last test that required him to have earbuds in his ears dr Whitaker was able to get him to stay still and quiet for a minute on each ear, I was really blown away. The doctor was so patient with my son and was so encouraging that the rest of the visit went so smoothly. I was so very impressed with the Doctor. I would give 5 stars if the receptionist was friendly and welcoming but I really felt like we were a nuisance to her. Drs great though, so good luck!
