Hearing Aid

I purchased my first hearing aids in 2011 from Grant's Hearing based on recommendations by several people. I have been seen by Grant, Darrin and Cole. I have been totally pleased with the service I have received. I would recommend them highly.

Some 3+ years ago, having moved from Portland to Eugene, I needed warranty repair of my hearing aids. My devices were purchased elsewhere, so they haven't made one cent on me, yet they covered the costs and trouble of shipping my failed device back to the manufacturer for replacement, etc. Even managed to deal with a growling personality gracefully. They've more than earned my business and their fine reputation. In an industry where most are only willing to service your devices if they've sold them to you, these people were a welcome pleasant change.

I have been using Able Hearing for over 10 years now. They are fantastic. They are very professional, very caring and helpful. They let you know of advances in hearing aids and listening devices. They however do not pressure you to buy, they do not suggest you purchase something that is unnecessary or would not meet your hearing needs. They are aware of how expensive hearing devices are and are willing to help you make the best choices for your hearing and your budget. Once when I had a broken foot and could not get into the office to have the maintenance done on my hearing aid they came to me and did not charge me for the time or the visit. If I could give them more stars I would.

Darcy their receptionist is the nicest and friendliest person. Warm and fun to chat with. I will definitely refer all my family and friends to this business.

I haven't even gone in but the reception and class are excellent so far. Stay tuned for tomorrow.

I I purchased my Hearing aids 3 years ago and have been very pleased. The follow up service has ben excellent as far as cleaning and maintaining the aids to keep them in peak performance.

I have been a client/patient at Hearing Health for several years now. Duane is a thorough professional. His care for each patient is beyond anything I had ever known before. The product lines here are quality, and recommendations are customized. This is not a high volume, pump 'em out practice. I always feel like my concerns are addressed completely, and my business is valuable here. Hearing Health opened a whole new world to me with the right hearing aids customized to my needs. This is our second set of hearing aids and once again Murray took care of my husband.... great job of explaining and helping him with the process... Very easy to communicate and understand... Would definitely rercommend this office...

Mario at Costco hearing center could not have been more helpful. I appreciated the time and effort and personal care that he showed to me installing and fitting my hearing aids. I highly recommend Mario and the Costco hearing center to anyone who is considering the purchase of new or replacing hearing aids.

We purchased a nice set of hearing aids for my Mother in 2015 from David at Sage Hearing Solutions. He has been most helpful, both at initial testing, selection, set up and purchase. After that, one of the caregivers ran one hearing aid through the clothes washer. David got it repaired under warranty saving us $500.00. Recently, there has been some consternation from parties at both ends my Mother's telephone calls. She was not understanding. I contacted David and asked if there were adjustments that could be made to help? He said, bring them in. Not only could he adjust the volume levels with his computer, he made the default volume when battery doors closed be the highest volume programmed in. The feedback from friends and family is that it is now possible to carry on a conversation with Mom...! Thank you David and Jaimie
