Hearing Aid

This is a Scam! They lure elderly in with ad to be a part of a select group of 100 to be a part of a trial group to test new hearing aides. Once in the door the hard sell begins as they tell you you need the most expensive hearing aids to be "smart" . The extremely overpriced pair ($6000+ is "discounted" by$2000, still grossly overpriced) they want full payment up front and tell you if you don't want to keep them you can return them within 60 days for full refund. However you didn't come in to Buy anything you came in after responding to an ad that led you to believe you would be part of a large group of people (100) who were testing out a new product and would be PROVIDED with the test hearing aid. Not coersed into Buying an extremely overpriced product. Check out Cost co hearing aides similar products at less than 1/2 the "discounted" price at Hershey Adams hearing aid,inc., center. Don't fall for this elder abusive scam.

So far the hearing aids are working great, a vast improvement over my old devices. The customer service is outstanding and very helpful.

AWESOME service. I was a walk-in from out of town with a VA hearing aid requiring service. Only lady in the office was with a patient. Another customer ahead of me was also a walk-in. With a VERY pleasant demeanor she answered the other person's question and promptly fixed my problem. I was out of there within ten minutes. She thanked me for my Service and sent me on my way with a complimentary package of batteries. 🤗👍👍 Thank you Connect Hearing. You know what customer service is all about.

Got a set of hearing aids, very discrete little doodads, if u do see them perched behind my ears, they are tastefully neutral (I picked the frosty warm beige) Was fun to get hooked up to their machine to calibrate them, certain sounds made corresponding shapes on the screen. Also, I asked about my not having separate volume controls on my ear buds when I previously listened to "binaural beats" which are fully appreciated when both ears have equal volume; my left ear is over 80% deficient thus my experience of hearing "sound artefacts" - the "beats" created when each ear receives a different pitch - was slightly less noticeable than it should've been. So I was offered a Bluetooth device that transfers my phone's auditory goodies to my new hearing aids. Now not only can I explore the different types of binaural beats which are good for meditation, lucid dreaming and opening chakras, but also listen to my downloaded audio books and music too. Yay! I appreciate having medical coverage for procuring this, which otherwise I wouldn't, with my present income, be able to afford these aids and rechargeable Bluetooth device. Certainly helps not having to say, "what?"... so many times... or, "what'd u say again?"... "huh?".... And finally, my earlier solution to managing uneven hearing capability: "walk on my right side so I can hear you with my good ear!"
