Hearing Aid

It seems important to tell you how much the personal approach of this office has eased my apprehension. From the greeting at the front desk, I felt welcome. The consultant's greeting and hand-shake let me know that I was in the care of a professional who was relaxed and ready to focus on my hearing issues. He quickly put me at ease and went right to work. I felt as if we were friends from the beginning. By the end of the session I experienced a significant sense of relief. It had become clear that I had received personal, caring, professional attention. I was confident that he had the experience, attitude, and expertise to restore my hearing and sense of well-being. I left knowing that my hearing problem had been fully addressed and that relief was on the way. My new hearing aids, without being obvious to others, can recognize and accommodate specific voices, such as my wife's, screen out peripheral and background noises, and at the same time eliminate that nagging sense of losing my cognitive ability to hear accurately and clearly. I've been having my hearing test @Avada for the last several years. Betty is the utmost professional and just bubbly all the time. Betty schedules the appointments and reminds us of our upcoming appointment. Bob is kind and very informative. When Bob is Done testing, he provides me details and results pertaining to the hearing test. I posted a few pics of the location and I'm grateful to the great people that work @ Avada. The owner, Shannon, came out the car and got my husband's hearing aids, serviced them and brought them back to the car so that my husband didnt have to chance a fall on an icy sidewalk. Now that is costumer service! Thank You.

My bad, they we're just after the money and did a horrible job. Sold me hearing aides that have been repair several times and sent out for full repair 2times. Then he sells his office and they are stuck.. He has a location in Longview. DO NOT GO TO SEE HIM. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM. HE IS A MAJOR TIP OFF. DANGER. THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY SEEM. Reallyfolks totally understood what I needed. The owner has hearing aids so he really understands. Not just trying to sell you anything . they also have several brands so they can pick the best for you. If you have hearing issues, this is a must

Just top-notch experience. Staff was friendly, appointment right on time. Most thorough hearing test of many I've had. Shelly did a great job explaining results and options. Oh, and I got state-of-the-art aids for HALF of what other offices were quoting! Great return and warranty policies are the icing on the cake.
