I can’t begin to express how helpful the staff were at Connect Hearing when I had a problem with one of my hearing aids. I was away from home and had one aid fail, which for me is very serious and stressful. I contacted them, they made room to see me right away and corrected the problem I had and were incredibly helpful, generous and informative. I very highly recommend this business!

They were very helpful and was able to answer any and all my questions. Went through all the details with the hearing aids how to use the apps and how to download and did all the programming. Excellent customer service.

Abbye at the West Hills office of Hearing Rehab Center did an incredible job for me. I am 62 years old and my hearing was REALLY deteriorating. I had previously tried to help my situation with 4 other devices and was unsuccessful. Abbye was SO patient, calm and helpful. She helped me find the LATEST TECHNOLOGY which had just been release and IT WORKED for me. I am so fortunate to have connected with HRC and Abbye. These new technology devices are life changing and cannot be found at just any hearing device office. I always like to make sure I am getting a fair price. After doing some research, I found HRC to be very competitive. It is easy to give a 5 STAR RATING to HRC and Abbye.

KIM WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FOUND MY HEARING AIDS FOR ME. I CAN HEAR MORE CLEARLY AND WITH LESS VOLUME ON THE RADIO AND THE TV. THE SECRETARY GOT MY FINANCING WITH WELLS FARGO IN ABOUT 5 MINUTES. I WAS OUT OF THE OFFICE IN ABOUT 1/2 HOUR CAUSE I WAS TALKING WITH THE GIRLS FOR A WHILE. THANK YOU FOR HAVING TWO FOR THE PRICE OF ONE. THAT'S HOW I WAS ABLE TO GET MY LAST AIDS FROM SONUS. My mother recently moved in with me from Montana. Audiology Center NW was so wonderful to deal with. Not only did they calm her nerves during her intake and hearing test, they also took the time to explain all of the options available to her through Medicare and Medicaid and helped us to select the best hearing aids for her hearing loss and to navigate the complicated insurance system. Thank you so much! We are excited to see the improvement in her quality of life with hearing aids that work, a phone that displays text of her phone calls and accessories so she can hear on the phone and hear the TV!

Dr. Caro did my tonsillectomy and was informative, thorough, kind, and gave me confidence in my choice to get surgery, as well as in his abilities. The staff at Ear, Nose & Throat Associates were helpful and appreciated.

This is really about my mother's experience. She had been through 3 different sets of hearing aids. Never got any satisfaction. We got an appointment with Amanda Richardson at Avada. Incredible service and really worked with her. She even contacted manufacturers of 2sets of hearing aids and at no cost to her got them functioning. Yet, my mother still had very poor hearing even though they had new ear molds etc. She informed my mom of a different type that worked with how the brain hears. They were no charge to her unless they would benefit her. She could try them for 2months. They were fantastic from the beginning. My mom started to hear things she hadn't heard for years. Amanda worked very hard with real concern. She fit them so they don't hurt her ears as others did etc. I would never trust another hearing company. I tell everyone about Avada and the outstanding service Amanda gave. She went way beyond expectations and was really interested in my mother's needs. Others just sold her another pair and gave horrible support to any issues she had.

Miss this place. Moved to Mill plain.
