As a long time Zounds customer I am so happy they opened this store near me. I love the products that provide more clarity than amy others I have tried.

Great service and low prices

Lisa Marshall has provided my hearing services since last February and I am very pleased with her knowledge, service, and attention. I had tried a local ENT and found them to be much less "customer-centric" and much more expensive than Gold Canyon Hearing. I would recommend Gold Canyon Hearing.

Helpful and knowledgeable

I have been going to the hearing clinic, in Revelstoke, for many years and have found both Damian and Abby, to be helpful, understanding, and friendly every time I have needed their services. I would highly recommend the Revelstoke Hearing Clinic to anyone needing this service.

Was a bit confusing making the appointment as only two receptionists serve 5 office locations, but once that hurdle was cleared, everything went well. Brie (the audiologist) worked patiently with my 95 YO mother to clean and adjust her hearing aids. Clean, neat office areas, friendly staff, and a Keurig for a fresh cup of coffee. A bit tucked into an office complex but very convenient for me as it's just across the street from where I do most of my grocery shopping.

Dusty and Dee are the best!! If you need hearing aids there is no better place to go.

I felt that the search would be endless for hearing aids until I spoke with Dannette at Optium. After my hearing test, she was very informative about my hearing needs. On my first appointment I received a trial pair of hearing aids and was throughly impressed with the fine tuning and special attention I was given. Throughout the process, Mark Hull worked with me and was very dedicated in making certain that they were precisely tuned to fulfill my needs. I have already recommended Optium Hearing Care to many of my family and friends on their journey to find the right hearing aid solution. Thanks Dannette and Mark.

I called paradise hearing in Prescott Valley in order to acquire a fax number. The man quickly rambled off numbers that I could not write down quickly enough so I asked him to repeat it, he did just as quickly and just as mumbled. I asked him to please slow down that I was not understanding him and he literally yelled at me saying " ILL SAY IT ONLY ONE MORE TIME THEN IM DONE!!!!!" it was very unprofessional and rude. The irony is that it is a hearing place AND THEY SHOULD BE MORE ACCOMMODATING TO HAVING TO REPEAT THEMSELVES IF SOMEONE CAN'T HEAR! I chose to go else where.
