Lori changed my life and I'm forever grateful! I knew I had hearing loss but lived with it for 25 years. My husband finally convinced me to see an ENT and Lori worked with her office. I went in thinking I was only missing little noises... wow. When she put my hearing aids in, I was blown away with the grand cacophony off noise! Sirens, studded tires, even rain on the roof!! I cried. Lori cried with me. That was 10 years ago and I'm on my second set of hearing aids. Yes I'm still losing my hearing, but thanks to Lori, Will and Sharon at Sound Audiology, I'm not missing out on life anymore!!! She also had my husband hearing again after years of shooting. Very friendly, willing to do what is necessary to make sure the client is served with the best hearing devices. Always returns calls for appointments or problems. Suppliers speak highly of Gary and his advanced knowledge of his products. Very thoroughly knowledgeable and has the latest equipment to serve his clients. I suggest Sound Audiology & Hearing Aids in Walla Walla for all your hearing aid needs. The owner Lori Lovato treats you as if she has known you for years. Even if it is your first time in their office. She listens to your needs and offers solutions. She makes sure the product she sells you performs the way you need it to. Her office manager Edy does a terrific job. She calls you a day or two ahead of your appointment to remind you. I can't say enough good about the way I was treated. I'll be back again.

It has been great working with Paul Willas. I have known him and his wife for many years. Very caring and compassionate people. Paul was able to give me a better price for my hearing aids then my previous hearing aid specialist. Also I am able to get free batteries any time I need them. I have tried getting a dead person off their mailing list for 3 years now (she died in 2004). Now I get a new flyer from them, but with them having yet another new name. Cannot hide by changing their name though. Emailed with the owner (Kory Castro) and still getting the mailings. They must use a less than great mailing service. Now a part of MY Hearing Centers but same address.

I was having trouble with my hearing aids that I got from the VA, and rather than wait a month or more to get an appointment and then drive the 80+ miles to Portland for the repair, I just stopped in at Hear's the answer. Not a customer, no appointment, walk in off the street; Wow! In about twenty minutes time, he had both hearing aids working great and me back in the land of the hearing; but best of all, it was a very good price. What a guy! What customer service! Why don't you give him a try. I'm glad that I did.
