Had hearing exam with Anna Ellis and also ordered custom earplugs to help prevent further hearing loss while riding motorcycles. It was a great experience and learned a lot about the newest hearing aids are bluetooth enabled now and Connect Hearing uses internationally sold aids so great for snowbirds and travelers that are in different parts of the country or outside the country if a warranty situation may arise

Been going to Miracle-Ear for many years. Improvements on aides happen about twice a year and I have been informed of each one. All my questions have been answered and explained in detail. Once a year test keeps aides confirmed to current condition of my hearing with tweaking of aides to conform to test results. Entire staff is polite and very professional.

Everyone was great. They are professional, personable and pleasant. The products are great, however, most places have the same equipment and hearing aids. It is the staff at Rincolina that makes them better than the competition. I highly recommend them.
