I was so pleased to find Trinity center as they were easily the nicest and most helpful audiologists we talked to. This place is a joke. I had an appointment in early April , now its mid October and still no hearing aid. They say they didn't hear from my insurance company. I called my insurance company and they personally gave me 2 numbers for Miracle Ear to get in touch, and still no hearing aid
