I have known Ron Lucas most of my life. He fit most of my family with glasses and I would trust him any time. Since he switched many years ago to aids, he has found his true calling. I recommended a friend who has worn aids since birth and he will use Ron, as his guy, for life.

The most positive experience I have had in a long time. I received a thorough hearing test and evaluation. Was given multiple choices of hearing aids to choose from. After I received my hearing aids, I received phone calls from Michels, asking how I was doing and I have made multiple trips to the office in Pottsville, where Chris continues to adjust my hearing aids to further enhance my hearing needs. I know that I can call anytime with questions and concerns and will be accommodated. Bottom line, I am very happy with my hearing aids and my overall experience at Michels Hearing Aid Centers.

Staff members were courteous, friendly, and professional. The audiologist was kind and explained all of my tests and results with great detail, and I enjoyed my experience.

The Day that I walked into Hearing Solutions Of Altoona was truly my Lucky Day. I knew I found the right place from Day one and was SO very comfortable with EVERYONE. They have it all knowledge, great products to work with, caring, sympathy and KINDNESS. It is a family atmosphere there. I received great results and I am VERY PLEASED with my hearing Aids they saved my live literally and also figuratively.
