Joe and Ellen have been a tremendous help to me when I have been in Tucson for the winter. Even though they have never made a nickle from my visits they have always taken the time to solve the problems I've had with my hearing aid and accessories.

The nicest people you'll ever work with, and oh by the way, they really know what they are doing. I have had ringing in my ears for a decade, and for the first time I really believe there is a good chance it can be reduced. I travel from Illinois to Arizona for my check-ups. That's how much I believe in Dr. Wickey and the team.

Who would have thought a hearing evaluation could be be fun and informative?!? A friend recommended me to Josh at the Zounds Hearing - Scottsdale and I couldn’t be happier. He took his time any explained things thoroughly to me and didn’t just take me money and rush me out the door. I highly recommend this location.

My father & I had a wonderful experience at the Adobe Hearing Center. My father was visiting from out of town and had a broken hearing aid. Karen took excellent care of my father's hearing aid, and ensured everything was working correctly so he could hear at my son's graduation. She also took the time to verify the warranty status, stocked him up with batteries, and took us in last minute without an appointment hours before the big event. Thank you Karen for everything...you were amazing and really made my father's day!

Kim is so much more professional then the prior specialist. She truly cares about her cliets. She has restored my faith in Miracle Ear. Brian is remarkable as well. He goes above and beyond with his customer service.
