Optium Hearing was very thorough and responsive in finding the right hearing aids to satisfy my needs and with a good price. Optium continued to work with me to tweak them to my hearing circumstances. I highly recommend Optium and their agent Mark Hull..

I have been going to a different Dispensing audiologist for five years, where I had bought and they had serviced a set of behind the ear aids. I chose to change audiologists because of a disagreement over a credit. I chose ABHA simply because they were close to my office and I wanted an audiologist to dispense. I have now seen Dr. Lewis twice, the first time to service my hearing aids and the second time to fit new ones, and I am very satisfied. He reprogramed my first set far better than the other audiologist had ever done. I was able to hear in large rooms far better than I ever thought possible. While I thought my insurance did not cover anything to do with hearing, he found it did and so I bought a new pair, fully covered. Now I Rarely miss a word of any conversation. Thank you Dr. Lewis and ABHA!

They were very helpful

Folks at Desert Hearing Care are friendly professional and efficient. I got a tuneup on my pair of hearing aids and my yearly checkup. Everyone took the time to make sure I understood the new adjustments and I feel like I’m hearing better. I will be back.

I took my son to see Dr.Syms today after his pediatrician and the ENT didnt know what his problem was. The office was clean and staff was nice. Dr.Syms bedside manner was not great - he didnt introduce himself to me when he came in, he was overly serious and just seemed busy. (Which I'm sure he is!) Usually when a doctor sees a child they talk in a way a child understands, and in a way that makes them feel comfortable - he wasnt like that. BUT, with that said, with a very quick exam he knew exactly what his problem was. So, while he wasnt very friendly, he knew what it was and didnt send us to someone else. So I'm happy about that.

I love these hearing aids. Especially with the small remote I can make adjustments without others noticing. The re-changeability makes them easy to use in my active lifestyle. It used to be difficult to participate in discussions because when I was at a party or in a crowd I couldn't make out what people were saying. I love the settings that allow me to just listen to the music or shift to the mode where I can have a good conversation and make the back noise disappear. I am so please with what these hearing aids do for me.

I am thankful to the entire Ascent Audiology & Hearing staff, and publicly witness the professionalism, from remembering Dan Hewson, from many years ago, losing touch, remembering Dan, and grateful I found Ascent Audiology & Hearing. The whole experience, from my phone conversation with Dan, Kim scheduling an appointment, interviewing, testing, consulting, and Cynthia helping with necessary insurance paperwork, and ordering Hearing Instruments, working with Epic, is a blessing. I want to heartily recommend Metro Hearing for their professionalism, friendliness, customer service, and for the finest hearing devices on the market. I was recently tested and then received a pair of Oticon Bluetooth iPhone sensory devices (aka hearing aids) which have changed my world. I not only can hear clearly now, but these high tech devices pair with my iPhone and I can receive my phone, navigation, music, podcasts, and any other audio application right in my ears! You will be amazed. Thank you, Metro Hearing, for your excellent care.

My neighbor invited me to attend an ear school presentation put on by My Hearing Centers last week and it was fantastic. The presenter, Mark, was very knowledgeable and then took the time to come around and answer questions at the end while we enjoyed our meal. I wish more companies did things like this to educate you before you make a decision to buy. Thank you My Hearing Centers for the invite. I was very pleased.
