My sister got hearing aids here. She liked the service, etc. This first set didn't work out for her, she tried second set. She didn't like then either. She got her money back. They told her if she wanted to try again, that would be okay, but not returnable. She can be difficult.

I am a very satisfied customer of Ted at Sound Hearing Group. I had trouble hearing conversations and television programs for a long time. After he tested and fit me with the new hearing aids it has really helped. I understand conversations better and enjoy watching programs on TV now.
