Hearing Aid

It has been over 15 years and it was time to see why my wife keeps saying, “You are ignoring me”. The last checkup I had was in a small trailer Beep Beep Beep done. However, I had no idea how much times have changed, very informative with every test and after. I had a bunch of questions the Dr. was easy to talk to, answer all of them with a take your time approach. I only wish I had a reason why I cannot hear my wife. Nevertheless, my ears work, darn it. First time calling this place, the receptionist (name started with a d?) hung up on me when I asked her how she was???? so I called back, she hung up on me again. I called back AGAIN asking to speak to an audiologist or hearing specialist and she told me she was NOT going to let me speak to anyone and that she would call the authorities if I called back! What kind of service is that? I think the people working at your front desks forget where they are sometimes. SO unbelievably unprofessional. I will not be using Beltone in the future and I will make sure anyone I know who needs hearing care doesn't either.

Lori changed my life and I'm forever grateful! I knew I had hearing loss but lived with it for 25 years. My husband finally convinced me to see an ENT and Lori worked with her office. I went in thinking I was only missing little noises... wow. When she put my hearing aids in, I was blown away with the grand cacophony off noise! Sirens, studded tires, even rain on the roof!! I cried. Lori cried with me. That was 10 years ago and I'm on my second set of hearing aids. Yes I'm still losing my hearing, but thanks to Lori, Will and Sharon at Sound Audiology, I'm not missing out on life anymore!!! She also had my husband hearing again after years of shooting.
