Awsome! One word to describe NexGen. I wore a set of hearing aids from another clinic for two years that caused me pain and grief from one month to the next. Despite repeated visits during this whole time, the problem was never resolved. In desperation I knew I had to start over again to restore a sense of comfort with my hearing loss. Finally I visited NexGen and what transpired was a complete turn around in staff competency, beginning with Colin the Audiologist and Lisa the Audiometric Technician. From the beginning I knew I was dealing with professionals who knew their craft. The hearing tests and the pairing of the results with the right product was truly amazing for me. In no time I was wearing hearing aids that were comfortable and so effective. I went from the dread of placing the former aids in my ears each morning, to looking forward to a day of comfortable and effective hearing with my new NexGen aids. Oh, one more thing...check out the aids with bluetooth. Awsome again! Thank you NexGen, Colin and Lisa!

Joyce and her staff are very efficient and accommodating! From setting you up with the correct hearing aides and servicing them when needed I would highly recommend them.
