The staff were welcoming and friendly. It was my first time when I went there and the lady who did the test on me was amazing and made my experience relaxed and pleasant.

I go my first aids there from Rob in Kelowna around 1994. The service was exceptional so it was no surprise to see the business grow and become successful. Jeff became my audiologist later and is second only to Rob in understanding and addressing my needs. Very few places have earned my respect and Expert Hearing is at the top of the list!

I cannot say enough good things about Nexgen Vernon. Every single person that works there is exceptional, and makes me feel like part of the family. From being greeted by name, to the knowledge and professionalism that I get every time I come in, this business deserves recognition. Dealing with hearing loss at a young age is difficult, but these ladies make it so much easier. Their customer service is unmatched, and I am truly thankful that I found them.

Very nice and informative lady

Nicole was very professional and friendly and listened to all of our questions and concerns. She administered tests to my daughter in a gentle and kind manner and discussed our results thoroughly, offering suggestions and 'next steps'. Thank you!

The staff here are very professional and really helpful. I had a hearing test and they were happy to tell me afterwards that I didn't need any of their other services. In watching them serve others and they were so kind with their handling of them.

Simply the best. Very comprehensive testing with top notch professional advice. Had a hearing test before at another shop, but this is way better. No pressure to buy at all, just great service. The best is also that the test is free and the hearing aids are 1/2 the cost. It does not get any better than this. Thank you Theresa for your great work and competent conversation.

This is a very friendly and honest hearing aid provider. I expected a sales pitch and to be told I needed hearing aids. After a thorough test I was told I didn't need hearing aids and was given instructions to help when conditions make it harder to hear someone talking.
