Called at last minute-Rose was so nice and friendly. Mike was terrific and very professional. Modified hearing settings, explained all he was doing, taught me how to clean earpieces. Great compared to other hearing centers been to in past.

Tristan in TLC could not even jack up my truck amazing I had to go outside and show him how to do it not only that but they guy acted like he didn't even want to do it very lazy actually had to hold his hand go outside and show him look put it underneath the axle and the truck goes straight up the wheel spins there you go now you can take it off wow

this place is horrible my grandmother has not been given her hearing aids, and its causing my family problems. This company keeps telling me they are going to give her hearing aids, and they don't do that.

I recently experienced difficulties with hearing aids I used for a number of years. Dr. Haltermans' office was very close to us, and she met with both me and my wife. The initial visit was very friendly, and Kelly spent a great deal of time testing my hearing and discussing my hearing problems to get a thorough base line for how best to improve my hearing. I think Kelly learned more from my wife than even me !! My wife also was impacted with my hearing loss, and Kelly was able to better pinpoint which products would make the biggest impact with my hearing for both myself, as well as my wife. In earlier appointments with other hearing doctors, none of them would speak with my wife and get a more complete understanding as to the degree of my hearing loss. Kelly was very considerate and compassionate with reviewing my hearing and explaining to both of us how the product she recommended would make the biggest difference in my hearing. Dr. Halterman also took the time to help with the questions regarding insurance assistance and how her office could limit our out-of-pocket costs. My wife and I are both big fans of Dr. Halterman because she is so knowledgeable and considerate. She explained all the problems that to us were so intimidating, and she has truly made a big impact in both our every day lives. We are also happy that her office is so close to us, but also because she is part of a medical group that is also close and accessible in the event Kelly may be out of the office. I can't recommend Dr. Haltermans' services enough. Kelly should be your "go to" professional to receive the most knowledgeable and compassionate help with your hearing loss problems. I had a hearing aid break while visiting GP for Xmas with the family and it was very confusing for the grand kids to have to speak into one ear, the good one lol I called Sound Wave and they gave me an appointment right away on Christmas eve day which was a surprise as I thought it would have to wait till after X mas,I was ecstatic to get in !! The girls got me in asap 15 minutes later I was on my way with two good hearing aids and had a very Merry Christmas as I was able to hear everything . Soundwave is an excellent place and the staff totally went the extra mile the wee hours before the Christmas holidays set in . Thank you very much ladies for the great service !! If I lived in GP full time you would be my Hearing Care Facility hands down .
