I had the best experience with Nancy, I’m just in town for the Holidays and my hearing quit working. Nancy fixed my hearing aid and now I can enjoy my time with my Mom. Thank you Nancy for going above and beyond to help me. I will definitely be back when I move to Vegas!

My sweet little granny was saying 'what?' all the time and I finally caught on to the fact that she may actually have a hearing problem so I scheduled an appointment at Miracle Ear for her and they did a full evaluation. they were so in-depth with their test I was very impressed. She's scheduled to come back next week to be fitted for a device that will help her hear so I fully expect after she gets that device she'll be able to hear everything again just like when I was a little kid. Great care by nice people. I enjoyed the experience. They gave my wife a hearing exam and cleaned my Phonak hearing aids for no cost to me. Wonderful. I'll be back every year.

I love my Zounds hearing aids and that service is free. The staff here is knowledgeable and helpful. They explained how a challenge I had can be avoided in the future. I have been with Kamloops Miracle Ear for many years and their services have been excellent. Karrie suggested that I get 2 hearing aids. Normally my left ear has NO sound going in and my right ear has not sure of the percentage but now I wear 2 hearing where the left ear voice/sounds transmit to the right and even my balance is great! Thanks Karrie for a great hearing aid. Even my family noticed the difference in my hearing.
