Hearing Aid

Wonderful! Melissa, at the front desk, is very very nice. A sweetheart. She offers us coffee every visit. Tammy Swift is very knowledgeable about everything and anything to do with hearing aids. She was very helpful getting our hearing aids to suit us just perfect.

THE VERY BEST! I would like to recommend a local small family business that I use. Here is what I wrote on their website. It has two parts with the second part (the last sentence) being the most important. Please read the entire recommandation to see that sentence. Development for the Pennsylvania Academy of Audiologists, and Fran is a former SW engineer of the highest level (and I should know because I was a SW engineer for many years) who performs the critical task of tailoring a hearing aid to the exact needs of each individual client! On top of this, they treat each client as a family member."

If you are even thinking of getting hearing aids then you should consider Micheline Gauthier at Atlantic audiology. For me it has been a very good experience on all aspects. All The appointments were on time and I was given plenty of attention, encouraged to ask questions and was offered as many appointments as needed to feel comfortable with the purchase of the hearing aids and I was given supplies for the hearing aids as well. As far as the hearing aids are concerned they are great. I can hear really well in all situations, the voices and sounds are clear and The tinnitus is much calmer. Takes about a month to really get used to them but it is worth it because it improves your life.

Dr Mary Kay knows her stuff. She was extremely diligent in her evaluation and treatment of my hearing loss. As we went through the process together, I felt she really cared about me and was a woman on a mission. I would highly recommend Dr. Mary Kay.

I brought my 84 year old mom into Dr. Mark Zarella a month and half ago because her hearing loss had become so bad she was having trouble understanding me even if she could hear some of what I was saying. After testing her he determined he could help. His professionalism and kindness in dealing with my mom was so wonderful that I would recommend him to everyone. I had a good experience--welcoming receptionist, quick response as regards dealing with my emergency. The audiologist was knowledgeable and thorough and devoted ample time and skill towards solving my problem.I highly recommend this practice

Great. I was very pleased with the test

I had sudden total hearing loss to my right ear & some loss to my left. At first I did not want Hearing aids, but I began to avoid Social Settings. I became frustrated & decided to try the devices. Micheline Gauthier, Au.D. was great. She understood my frustration and was patient throughout the process. She is always available for any questions or concerns. I began to hear the birds again & feel more comfortable going out. I highly recommend Atlantic Audiology.

Joseph at Aquidneck Island Hearing Center is the best of the best. I have had hearing lost for quit sometime now. He made the process very low pressure and made me feel so comfortable during the whole journey. After I went home with my new aids he even followed up to make sure my hearing had improved.

I purchased my hearing aids 6 years ago and have had nothing but professional service from a number of different Beltone technicians over the years. The other Beltone staff and receptionist have always been pleasant and helpful in both the Narragansett and Warwick locations. I have had to make modifications to software and hardware from time to time and always found everyone there to be very supportive and accommodating. They get 5 stars from me.
