Dr. Cox knows his stuff! I needed in ear monitors for singing and he fit me with ones that give me such clear sound. Custom ear molds to tune everything out the band is something I never experienced before. Once I heard how these sounded, the price was no longer a factor. Chris is the only guy in Yuma you need to see for anything related to hearing.

I've been wearing hearing aids for over forty years, and I have found Connect Hearing in Chilliwack to be awesome! They do not nickel and dime you and they conveniently get you in when it works for you. The staff are very friendly and work to keep your hearing aids running effectively for as long as possible, as I have had my current pair for about six years now.

Very nice and easy hearing test

I was having trouble with my hearing aids that I got from the VA, and rather than wait a month or more to get an appointment and then drive the 80+ miles to Portland for the repair, I just stopped in at Hear's the answer. Not a customer, no appointment, walk in off the street; Wow! In about twenty minutes time, he had both hearing aids working great and me back in the land of the hearing; but best of all, it was a very good price. What a guy! What customer service! Why don't you give him a try. I'm glad that I did.

I have tried getting a dead person off their mailing list for 3 years now (she died in 2004). Now I get a new flyer from them, but with them having yet another new name. Cannot hide by changing their name though. Emailed with the owner (Kory Castro) and still getting the mailings. They must use a less than great mailing service. Now a part of MY Hearing Centers but same address.

Never been but I HEAR it's nice

My husband has been wearing Miracle Ear hearing aids for several years and had continued to have problems hearing which has been terribly frustrating. Every time he would go in he would complain and the guy would tweek them and send him on his way. Of course sitting in the office is not a true test to tell how the hearing aids are performing. This has been going on ever since he got them. Now to the reason I gave this office 5 stars. Finally they have someone who actually knows what she is doing. Christina Patrick was not happy hearing about the frustration we have been going through and assured him the problem would be taken care of. First of all she completely rebuilt his hearing aids with new, improved parts. However, upon examining his ears she found that both ears had heavy earwax buildup and put off testing until his ears are cleaned out. He can already tell a difference so we're really going forward to his next visit.

Very helpful. I went in expecting the worst and they fixed me up with some simple fixes.

Dr. Tromboli always answers any questions I have and explains so I understand what's going on with my hearing aids. Chancy is so friendly and warm welcoming. I love to check out her paintings when I come into the office. I am always given such great customer service. These days it's very important in our busy lives to receive down home basic kindness that we pass on to others.
