Never been but I HEAR it's nice

My husband has been wearing Miracle Ear hearing aids for several years and had continued to have problems hearing which has been terribly frustrating. Every time he would go in he would complain and the guy would tweek them and send him on his way. Of course sitting in the office is not a true test to tell how the hearing aids are performing. This has been going on ever since he got them. Now to the reason I gave this office 5 stars. Finally they have someone who actually knows what she is doing. Christina Patrick was not happy hearing about the frustration we have been going through and assured him the problem would be taken care of. First of all she completely rebuilt his hearing aids with new, improved parts. However, upon examining his ears she found that both ears had heavy earwax buildup and put off testing until his ears are cleaned out. He can already tell a difference so we're really going forward to his next visit.

Very helpful. I went in expecting the worst and they fixed me up with some simple fixes.

Dr. Tromboli always answers any questions I have and explains so I understand what's going on with my hearing aids. Chancy is so friendly and warm welcoming. I love to check out her paintings when I come into the office. I am always given such great customer service. These days it's very important in our busy lives to receive down home basic kindness that we pass on to others.

The hearing aids are outstanding. The best I have had. I hear so much better now. I love that follow up service needs are free.

Great people. Fix broken parts of hearing aids while you wait. Yes, expensive, but very satisfied with the product and the service. I went through a tremendous learning curve when I got my hearing aids. The world was literally transformed in every way. I think the prior review is unfair because it is describing the problems the user had with hearing aids in general and not the service itself. The experience is like starting over with hearing. It is hard and takes a lot of patience and effort on the part of the user to re-learn what everything is supposed to sound like.

My husband, who is impaired because of chemo-therapy, was tricked into signing a contract for a new loan to pay for hearing aids that he thought he was getting for a free trial, and they did not contact his family, who didn't know he went there to get a "turkey coupon" and a free test. Don't go there without family members to protect you from people who prey on old people! He cannot pay almost $4,000, and the new finance company has already paid the Miracle Ear store in our town and are now trying to collect from him.

In the time that I have been working with Laura, I am continually impressed by her passion and dedication to her clients. Not only has she positioned herself to be more available to them, but her mobile service has allowed for less overhead, where she extends those discounts to her clients too. Well done, Laura. I am happy to know you and it's been a pleasuring witnessing how many lives you're changing!

It has been great working with Paul Willas. I have known him and his wife for many years. Very caring and compassionate people. Paul was able to give me a better price for my hearing aids then my previous hearing aid specialist. Also I am able to get free batteries any time I need them. Paul has also helped when I need repairs and promptly assisted me when I needed. Thank you Paul Willas, Marissa Blaisdell, Carson, WA.

1/4/19 I had called them prior to showing up today about retrieving a patient history release form because the only time I can make it is after work and the website says they’re open till 5. I get there before 4:30 and the door is locked with the lights on. I try calling them and it transferred me to the anacortas location. I asked them to call the Arlington location to see if anyone is there because all I need is a simple form. The lady said well it looks like they close at 4:30.... I said “the website says 5 so are there any days open till 5?” and her response was “I’m having conflicting information at this time”. All I am going to say is... (when there is plenty more to say about this office!!!!!!!) there is a reason I switched ENT Dr. in the first place!!!!
