Hearing Aid

In the time that I have been working with Laura, I am continually impressed by her passion and dedication to her clients. Not only has she positioned herself to be more available to them, but her mobile service has allowed for less overhead, where she extends those discounts to her clients too. Well done, Laura. I am happy to know you and it's been a pleasuring witnessing how many lives you're changing!

It has been great working with Paul Willas. I have known him and his wife for many years. Very caring and compassionate people. Paul was able to give me a better price for my hearing aids then my previous hearing aid specialist. Also I am able to get free batteries any time I need them. Paul has also helped when I need repairs and promptly assisted me when I needed. Thank you Paul Willas, Marissa Blaisdell, Carson, WA.

1/4/19 I had called them prior to showing up today about retrieving a patient history release form because the only time I can make it is after work and the website says they’re open till 5. I get there before 4:30 and the door is locked with the lights on. I try calling them and it transferred me to the anacortas location. I asked them to call the Arlington location to see if anyone is there because all I need is a simple form. The lady said well it looks like they close at 4:30.... I said “the website says 5 so are there any days open till 5?” and her response was “I’m having conflicting information at this time”. All I am going to say is... (when there is plenty more to say about this office!!!!!!!) there is a reason I switched ENT Dr. in the first place!!!!

The Hospitality and the Service at the Mission, BC. have always made our visits entirely been rewarding. We, my wife and myself, have hearing aids, as far back as 8 yrs ago, all obtained and services here. More recently, during the last couple of weeks, as well as today, the front office staff invited us in, and without any waiting, the technician did her magical thing on the computer, and balanced the ear pieces out perfectly, so that our friend (an acquaintance, who resides at our CoOp) was overjoyed. Finally she can hear again. I had recommended this friend of ours to acquire her Hearing Aids at the Mission branch. 2018-02-27

Paul was a great help to make the best decision for my mom hearing aids. He was patient with all of our numerous questions, easy to get an appointment and organized everything for my mom. She is on her way to get her hearing aids fitted today, thanks again
