It is somewhat stressful to get evaluated, fitted, and to wear hearing aids for the first time. I can only say good things about my experience at this facility and about this doctor. Professional, thorough, compassionate, knowledgeable, efficient- and all with excellent improvement in my hearing! A life changer for the better, I am thankful.

Everything went smoothly getting hearing aids for my mother. Ann Plotnick was a gem to work with. She came to Ridge View Rehabilitation Skilled Nursing Center where my mother had to stay after her hospital visit to bring her strength up. After my mother saw Ann for a hearing test and decided she wanted to get the hearing aids. Ann came directly to her for a fitting. Once they were completed and ready to be picked up she offered to come to our house or we come in the office. We did chose the office but it was nice to know that she could come to us. I'm sure that is a good practice for clients who can't leave their homes. The whole transaction went smoothly. I would recommend anyone who needs hearing aids for their loves ones or friends to come to your establishment. Again thank you Ann for all your help. Cathy and Kateri

My Husband Ian, has been SOOOOO amazing assisted by the Dr. here, over past year. He is extremely courteous, kind, acts with patience, entertaining, and most of all - consistently available to assist Ian with fine &, technically tuning (over lengthy time frames) his new/first hearing aids. After 3 years of efforts to find a clinician (and assistive advocate), Michael's is EXACTLY where you should go!!!! Fully a 5+ star business and family Team. We are impressed, as well as thankful. I just left the office. I was told that it would not be a good fit for him at this place in his career. I was asking serious question s about hearing aids for my mother that has dementia. I am a get to the point kind of person. I don't want to hear about your rewards or personal achievements, I want to know what is best for my mother. Because of my apparent focus that did not work for him. This place wastedmine and my mother's time. No one should ever go here it is all about the money.

My mother started coming to Puget Sound Hearing Aid & Audiology a few months ago to get fitted for a hearing aid. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and guided her through the whole process and answered any questions we had. They were flexible in accommodating our schedules and with providing different payment options. I’m incredibly grateful to Linda Knisley, she made an arduous and intimidating process very easy to handle.

Outstanding customer service, really impressed. I have recently ordered a pair of Britzgo BHA-1222 hearing amps as a present for my dad and theoretically they should have arrived before my scheduled departure. Unfortunately due to the Canada Post labor dispute the delivery was delayed beyond my departure date; called Britzgo, explained the situation and they saved the day by offering a new set of amplifiers ready to be picked up in person from their office in Richmond BC. They really know how to attract and keep their customer base. In today’s competitive market, the old saying “If you don’t take care of your customer, somebody else will” is truer than ever and looks like these guys have elevated the customer oriented service to new heights. Kudos Britzgo. Will follow up with a detailed review of the BHA-1222 once I’d have the chance to test it.
