Got brand new hearing aids. And DVR helped pay for them. So awesome. Spencer's the Best in the West!

I have experienced a hearing loss for many years. I feel very fortunate to have been working with Hearing Health Clinic. Libbie Shell is very educated and has a great understanding of hearing loss. Recently I purchased new hearing aids and realize the importance of explaining to Libbie what I am experiencing and the great feature of being able to program my hearing aids to best assist my hearing loss. I am a very happy and fortunate patient to receive the individual care. I enjoy working with all staff members. I have recommended Hearing Health Clinic to many family and friends and all have been grateful for the care they have received.

The woman working there today is an angel. I believe her name is Candie (if I read her name tag correctly.) A dear friend of mine is a Vietnam veteran and was waiting for VA beaurocracy to come through while he suffered without his working hearing aid. Finally, we got fed up and by chance I just walked in here and she took one look at the hearing aid, fixed it, and sent me on my way. All in the span of like, 10 minutes. And now my friend isn't isolated in his own world with no one to talk to. Today was a great day thanks to her.

Feeling fortunate that I was discovered West Family Hearing. It has been four weeks since I got my hearing aid and the experience has been very positive and I recommend going to West Family Hearing if you are in search of a hearing aid. I was in search of a replacement hearing aid for one that I lost over two years ago. My previous hearing aid was priced on the lower end and was CIC (completely-in-canal). I found myself barely using it because of the poor performance and the hearing aid being uncomfortable. You definitely get what you pay for. I was hoping that my new hear aid would not result in the same situation. I had a scheduled a vacation day on Tuesday to take my kids to their first day of school. On a whim I decided to try to get a hearing aid appointment on the same day. Around 9 – 10 am I was calling around looking for a place that could get schedule me in that same day. I attempted to call the previous facility I acquired my first hearing aid and she did not have anything available for another week. I called Costco but the person on the phone did not seem too friendly. I continued my search on Google and Yelp and stumbled on West Family Hearing. They stood out to me with several 5 star ratings and so I called. I was greeted by Aaron and got lucky as he had an opening that day due to a cancelation. He was able to get me in the afternoon. When I arrived, we discussed my need to get a hearing aid for my left ear. He went over the process and explained to me what I should expect during my visit. The hearing test was administrated and after the test Aaron did a great job explaining the results. During the whole process he was friendly, attentive, and detail orientated. Once he completed explaining the results, he laid out the hearing aid options. I was impressed and felt at ease with the overall process. I picked out a hearing aid and Aaron worked with me to make sure that the setting to my hearing aid was comfortable. Prior to leaving, he scheduled a one week follow up to see how things were going and refinement of my hearing aid settings. He also made me aware that I was welcome to contact him if the hearing aid was not performing. It is obvious that Aaron really cares about his patients and I have been really impressed with the service that Aaron provides to ensure that I get the best out of my hearing aid. He schedules two follow up meetings after acquiring the hearing to ensure it is working appropriately and a 3 month cleaning. My prior hearing aid facility was friendly but does not compare to what I have experienced at West Family Hearing. Aaron has indicated in all my visit that if at any time I am having issues with my hearing not to hesitate to contact them. He is very friendly and professional. I am very happy with my hearing aid and often times forget that I am wearing it. Their business hours also work for my work schedule as I do not have to take off time from work.
