These guys are pros. Their evaluation of my hearing needs was right on. The hearing aid product they prescribed has been a perfect match for my needs and in every way superior to my past devices. I recommend Northgate without qualifications.

Dr. Ellis is well-known for her thorough quality care of patients in the Seattle area. She is warm and friendly and keeps patient's needs and interests at the forefront of her recommendations. I have and will continue referring patients her way.

I am an out of town daughter and was concerned about my elderly father making an appointment on his own. Every time I talked with my folks, they only had WONDERFUL things to say about both Scott and Doug. From the 1st appointment with Scott to many appointments after to assist my dad in finally figuring out how to put the hearing aids in himself. Thank you so much for all your kindness, patience and understanding. It is wonderful to talk to Dad and he can finally hear!!

I got to know and use this location when seeking solutions for my husbands work related hearing loss- I feel like we got lucky when we found Sound Associates. It can be a long process to initiate and seek a claim with L&I. I felt very informed and supported every step of the way. Shawn Utigard is an absolute gem when it comes to making sure you have the right answers for your hearing solutions. I walked away from every encounter we had with him feeling hopeful and looking forward. My husband has been using the resulting hearing aids for a few months now, and they have improved so much in our lives. Shawn knew they would; I think that's why it matters so much to him. Anyone dealing with hearing loss- as the patient or the plus one- knows how much it impacts your lives- it's your communication! I really believe I found our very best solution, and I'm grateful to Shawn and Sound Associates for their professionalism and the personal touch.

I was impressed with Miracle Ear a few years ago, and decided to purchase hearing aids from Shanelle / Miracle Ear. I live in Prineville, and Miracle Ear now has a GREAT gal, Emily, there to provide service locally. Nice job Shanelle!!!

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful! Cory Richards, the audiologist who evaluated my hearing was not only very knowledgeable and gracious, but also very clear about my options with no focus at all on "selling" product. I was extremely impressed with his genuine caring and competence. The integrity I felt during my first experience at Central inspired my trust and I would highly recommend Central Oregon Audiology.
