Wonderful staff

Costco employee Vincent was very rude over the phone. His tone of voice sounded angry and impatient. By the time of his voice I had a gut feeling not to go to this hearing aid center for my 84 year old mom. Very bad customer service.

I am so pleased with the the service from Marius. This is my first experience with hearing aids and I couldn't be happier. It's wonderful to hear properly again.

Dr. Keating is very helpful without being pushy. He loaned me a pair of hearing aids to try out while traveling for a week and it was enough to convince me that it was time for me to get my first pair.

I was super happy with Lindsey and her staff - what excellent service! Getting a hearing aid was a bit emotional for me, given my young age, but she helped me through the entire process. Her approach was genuine and friendly, and it was obvious she was very knowlegable. I was super happy with my hearing aid - having my hearing restored was life changing. I have been to different audiologist but I thought I give this place a try since it was close to Coquitlam. No structure in this office. The dr. has a lack of knowledge and is extremely rude. Even the batterys they sell there are low quality garbage.

After years of treating my mother, she still cannot hear properly.

Dr. Keating is extremely knowledgable about the diagnosis and management of hearing loss and explains the options for treatment very clearly, including the effectiveness of hearing aids and the most recent advances in this very specialized area of technology. He is kind and personable, and though he obviously has a busy practice, he takes time to answer every question and never appears rushed. As someone with hearing loss, I'm very glad that he is here on Whidbey Island!

Great place for my ear plugs! I got ones blocking my garbage truck's engine noise but can still hear people and the radio. Tyvm Guys! =) 120 for kick ass ear plugs is totally worth it to me. Custom fit for my ears and got to pick from 20-30 colours.

The entire staff at All American Hearing is wonderful. Everyone is knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and quick to assist. They deal with the latest technology and take time to explain it and work with you. They deserve a 5 star rating.
