Hearing Aid

Mr. Vest is a HIS (Hearing Instrument Specialist), NOT an audiologist. Immediately after testing me he came into the room and said very loudly, "I am shocked at your test results!!!. Then, within seconds, he started trying to push hearing aids complete with 'payment plans' of course. He was much more a salesman than a doctor. When I tried to leave he did not want to give me the results of the test! I had to absolutely insist before he would give them to me. I went to a real Audiologist and got tested. I will never do business with this company.

Excellent result...very professional.

Dr Jennifer is truly the best in this business. She treats everyone with compassion and is very thorough with explaining everything to make you feel comfortable. Never once was there a question unanswered. Don't make a mistake and go anywhere else.

This office encompasses the brand ProAudiology, which I visited a couple of months ago and saw Pamela Pannell, the audiologist. The equipment wouldn’t work and she had to do my hearing test manually. When it was over, she said that I needed noise-canceling hearing aids for the ringing in my ears. Since this office exists primarily prescribing hearing aids and nothing more, I was a bit skeptical, but thought she knew best. I figured I’d at least try them. But, Pamela told me my insurance covered a different one than what was her favorite to prescribe and could I pay the difference. I asked her if the one that my insurance company preferred would do the job and she said it would. I asked if she could get it for me and she said she might be able to get a different one that she liked better and she’d get back to me. (I was referred here by my insurance company) Now, frankly, if the one my insurance company will pay for works fine, which she said it did, and I’m just trying it out to see if it helps, I couldn’t give sixteen flying figs which device she might rather get a kickback on. And, now, here I am waiting to hear from dear, professional Pamela, who lost interest in my health as soon as I wasn’t divvying up cash for her favorite toy. I have called the office several times and left very polite messages for Pamela and have gotten no response. I have left messages for her PA and have gotten no response. I have left messages for their office manager, finally asking her to please call me back and just tell me that they have no interest in serving me, so that I know to find another audiologist and start over, but received no response. The people here don’t care about you any more than the cash they can extract from yours or your insurance company’s pockets. If it’s not enough, they won’t even pick up the phone to tell you to kiss off. This is the most unprofessional, sorry excuse for a medical office I have ever encountered in my life. I hope to never come across another
