I made an appointment and told the repair specialist what was wrong with the hearing aid. He was looking at it and tugging on a wire and I asked "Are you sure that comes off?" and he stopped and said "I've been doing this for 35 years". Then he threw my hearing aid on the counter and snapped "what are you gonna do, file a complaint and claim I broke it?" Then, "i don't want to work on this"and stomped off to a back office. I picked up my hearing aid and walked off without comment. No, I don't have a complaint about his work; there wasn't any work. Definitely have a complaint about his attitude and would strongly recommend you find more a pleasant person to repair your hearing aid.😀

These guys can't get anything right - scheduling, ordering, repairs, nothing. We've gone around and around so many times trying to get the hearing aids right, all pieces included, and they don't know what we're talking about with ear molds, etc. It's crazy that they can't figure out how a hearing aid works at the HEARING CENTER.
