Professional stuff!

The staff are very friendly and competent. They are always able to answer any of my questions in regard to my hearing aids. During my last visit the hearing professional connected my hearing aids to my iphone so that it connects and rings directly to my hearing aids. I have had hearing aids for just over a year and they have made a significant difference in my life. I highly recommend anyone considering hearing aids to go to this location!

Very Good Service super Nice Lady

We had dealt with Oto for over 10 years and have had no problems. Recently there have been some changes in administration that have definitely impacted their business. We cannot say there’s anything wrong with their actual products as they’ve always been very good but going forward we have taken our business elsewhere and have recommended our colleagues follow suit as the customer service we received from the owner Andrea was horrific. We wish the team their the best of luck as they do produce a great product but we cannot endorse this business any longer given the negative impact on our business and the owner basically being spiteful. Disappointed.
