Very Good Service super Nice Lady

The hearing aids themselves are amazing... when they work properly. However, the employees.... including their techs who are God knows where (where you send them off to), are a whole other story. If I told you the problems my mother has had, you would swear I was making it all up..... which includes just getting one hearing aid back from being "fixed".... coming back in a totally different color-AND with the problem NOT fixed. I swear this is like Candid Camera when you deal with them! She's spent THOUSANDS and they don't work right and the employeee can't fix them-nor their techs!!! Wth Miracle Ear?

We had dealt with Oto for over 10 years and have had no problems. Recently there have been some changes in administration that have definitely impacted their business. We cannot say there’s anything wrong with their actual products as they’ve always been very good but going forward we have taken our business elsewhere and have recommended our colleagues follow suit as the customer service we received from the owner Andrea was horrific. We wish the team their the best of luck as they do produce a great product but we cannot endorse this business any longer given the negative impact on our business and the owner basically being spiteful. Disappointed.

Had custom hearing protection ordered from here. If the filters break I recommend getting replacement filters elsewhere.
