Hearing Aid

Both Stacey and Barbara are great to work with. I enjoy dealing with both of them. Would highly recommend them.

Receptionist was courteous,, the audiologist was thorough. She quoted me a price of $5,000-$6,000 that I would have to pay upfront for 1 ONE week trial. I had a trial from another company locally, it was 3 weeks, just had to leave my credit card number. I explained the prices between that company, Costco and your Company. The other company was $2500 for both.She didnt comment on that BUT commented negatively on Costco's brand which is a rebrand under Kirkland for a national brand's latest technology which I had thoroughly investigated - Costco's price both aids for $1900.00.

I am very happy with the service I receive and have told many people about it. They are professional and very helpful it is nice to come to their office for help with my hearing needs.

Never heard about this place

I researched for quite a bit & when I found Simply Hearing's website - I was very impressed. They provided very relevant information - which I read & they send me a follow-up e-mail. The whole process was so easy - I could not believe the difference it made to be able to hear clearly. The staff were super professional & friendly. I was unsure about having to wear hearing aids - But with the help I got & the easy way to put them in - made it so worthwhile Thank you so much for the excellent products - it is so marvelous to be able to have the iPhone connection too!!!!- You cannot even see the hearing aids!!!! They are super small - but excellent quality!!!!

The service is friendly. Meagan takes time to explain the tests and the outcomes and what the alternatives are for correcting them. I have been going to her for 14? years now. It has been a good experience. Highly recommended.

I went in for my first ever hearing test it was so COOL. Dustin and his staff are welcoming and friendly. The hearing tests that he did with me was so indepth and thorough. Together we discovered that my years as a welder and growing up with bass canons and loud stere's had taken a toll on my left ear hearing. It was difficult to find out I had moderate hearing loss in my left ear, but Dustin was great at making me feel confident in the fact that there are things he could do to help with that. When he mentioned I was a candidate for a hearing aid I coundn't believe it 43 and life was staring me in the face. After a brief conversation he pulled a demo hearing aid from Oticon told me about some of the features and persuaded me to try it for a week or two. It's weird having a hearing aid but the technical advances and the abilities it has are incredible. Thanks Dustin, Brittany and staff you are amazing!
